Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Nairobi! The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and the location could not be better—having Sarit Centre right across the street was so convenient. My daughter loved how comfy the setup was, but what stood out most was the staff. They went above and beyond to make her feel genuinely cared for and special. A truly seamless and welcoming stay for us both! Nothing

Exterior security was solid and the beds and rooms themselves were comfortable and pleasant. Service, however, felt weak overall. Questionable practices included double charges on the credit card and staff taking photos of passports instead of proper scans. Housekeeping forgot to refill the coffee (though they sorted it quickly when asked) and also left cleaning towels in the room. These issues left the stay feeling uncomfortable. I would not return.

It’s a small space and food quality is average. I often found the grains and drinks were sub par. I also didn’t find enough space to sit outside the room - you have a very small lobby area.

We had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips on what to do around the city. The location is very convenient and we were impressed by the hotel security. The breakfast selection is also great. Nothing

Breakfast was great. The rooms were super comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and they were especially friendly to my young daughter. The view from the reception area/ rooms was beautiful. The pool was too cold to swim due to the weather.

Very great experience. It’s expensive for a reason You know what they say you get what you pay for . Very clean environment. Quiet and very safe I also like their door locks . The little hook they have . Very safe feels secure The way the hotel is built I prefer hotels that are surrounded by nature so I can walk around outside like the Nairobi Serena Hotel.
