The issues always like water leaks in bathroom. Water clogging The breakfast is not really good They need to add more variety on the food especially things like cakes

The location was good being near the Sarit Mall. The staff were very helpful. My room had cigarette smoke sipping through from some room who had a smoker till i was changed to another.

Not much. Just the rooms 206. 206, 306 may smell a bit of smoke because they are above the smoking room for the rest, great value for money

The staffs were quite friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was sumptuous and the location was quite close to my exam center and KFC. The hotel was quite homely and welcoming. I would love to visit some other time. I saw mosquito in my room. Shower caps and body lotion can also be included in the toiletries.

location was good.. Walking distance to malls. Towels with Hole.. Broken laundry.. addressed this matter to GM then it was okay, after it happened again.. They need to replace the full laundry. Bathroom condition is very poor

The Location is great proximity around key locations in Weslands and the Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very accommodative and allowed me a late checkout when I had a critical business call going on which I hugely appreciate.

I had such a great experience at Zenheria Hotel, mostly thanks to the people there. Right from the jump, the front desk team was so welcoming, and I really appreciated how understanding David the GM was with everything. The service kept getting better at the restaurant too, Dennis was our waiter and he was honestly wonderful, just so attentive and kind. What really sold me though was the room itself. It was excellent and so much bigger than I expected, with the bedroom being completely separate from the living room, which made it feel way more comfortable and private. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the layout are this good, so I’ll definitely be back. The TV could be revamped and they should consider adding a baby chair at the restaurant but those are very minor things though, good place overall.

The space is big which is nice. The restaurant is perfect. Wireless is too low inside the room however in living room it was good

Location, staff and room clearness I advice to urgent change the state of bathrooms. It is too old and looks awful. Floor also better to change. Other things are good in this hotel.

We highly recommend your establishment for an unparalleled stay and eagerly anticipate our next visit. My suggestion is to have a shower curtain. Also, the drain of the shower in room 510 was draining very slow. Other than that everything was great.
