The hotel-services and staff were really good and kind. The rooms were cleaned everyday, which was great. There were dogs in a cage barking all day and night just under our room. It really bothered me for sleeping. In addition to that, a car-repairshop was located just next to the hotel, making work-noiseS all during the day.

Breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff, easy access to a big shopping mall (5 mins walk). Nothing.

There is a restaurant and bar on the top floor, but we only used it for breakfast, which offered a good choice. There is no obvious evidence that this is a hotel of any sort. It is a block of rather shabby and poorly maintained apartment units in a suburban back street, clearly under-utilised for that purpose so they’re trying to earn additional income. It should not be advertised as a hotel. Despite receiving two emails welcoming me and ‘looking forward to your arrival’, nothing was ready when we arrived and there was a 30 minute wait while they scrabbled about to sort something out. In the end they gave us a two-bedroom apartment which was adequate for our needs but not what I had booked. It was OK for our stay, the beds/sheets were clean etc, but the rooms had not been cleaned, had peeling wallpaper (see photo), damp patches on the walls, we struggled to get hot water for showers and had to ask for towels (which were really scruffy and worn out when they came). The restaurant staff were nice but those on reception need further training.

Very nice location, secure surrounding, friendly staff, nice room The all-day restaurant needs strong improvement. Half of the dishes on the menu were not available, the service staff forgot to pass on the orders to the kitchen in two occasions, the service was quite bad.

location was great for all facilities and shopping. The staff were excellent and very friendly they couldn't help enough. Having reception on the top floor was a problem when the only lift was busy. Leaving through the basement garage was a bit of a problem when it was raining.

Spacious rooms, attentive service Towels are threadbare, you had to wait over 10 minutes for hot water, the mattresses were short and the services in general have decreased in quality with respect to previous years

Breakfast was good. Size of the room was very small. Especially since we paid the same as our co-travelers and didn't get the large rooms that they were allotted.
