Glam Hotel Nairobi - Near Westgate Mall, Westlands

hotel is excellent and is located in a great area. There are just a few things that could be improved * The internet is very basic and could be faster and more reliable. * The bed sheets and towels are quite old, and sometimes torn ones are provided. * Instead of the small single-use bottles, I suggest installing larger refillable dispensers for shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. The current amount is only enough for one shower, and the shower gel doesn’t lather well. Other than these few points, I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Spacious rooms, proximity to many malls and shops, flexible staff Bathroom door, toilet flush and mirror need to be fixed.

The hotel is in a very convenient location easy to get to westgate mall and also sarit centre. it has wonderful rooftop restaurant where we had our breakfast and the view from top was amazing.

Perfect location to stay in Nairobi

rooftop bar The interconnecting doors were not locked, i had to call the reception and they had to permanently block the other person's door. The bathrooms didnt have essential things. Breakfast had very limited options

The staff were really amazing, helpful and so welcoming.. the room was clean and well furnitured The weightlifting machines in the gym were old, worn out, and unusable

Great location Safety could be improved especially for solo women travelers 1. Key chain to lock the room from inside is missing (lock dus not seen to work) 2. Front desk staff to be more discrete when giving the room number

Amazing view from the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Food and service was very good. It is a safe location with a guard manning the main entry gate. It is a 5 minute walk from the Westgate Mall, which is very convenient.

The breakfast was not so good

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is close to the mall and other places of interest. that I couldn't stay longer

Hot Water Weak TV service inferior Breakfast wasn't free; on the website, it stated that Breakfast was free.
