If I need to travel to Nairobi, I always use this hotel. The forest view garden is amazing.

Room was musky and for second stay not the best view. Felt like on 1st visit staff was very friendly and not as much the second time. Need fans in the room to get air circulated, windows couldn't be left open with monkeys onsite.

The property was mother of nature and I liked it. The washroom. There was no window for the washroom and the water will move to exit. It is not safe at all

The staff are great and eating in the garden with a view of the forest made it a great experience.

Good location. Monkeys are active. Decent prices for drinks. Got placed in a room which had a few things broken to begin with. They moved me once I complained. Swimming pool was empty.

Staff were very kind. Beautiful gardens. Excellent wifi everywhere on the premises. Good breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms need upgrading. Overall, the place is quite noisy. A la carte dinner service is extremely slow.
