Nice environment

The only issue we had was when we called concierge to order room service for breakfast. The lady told us to come downstairs and eat breakfast in the restaurant.

Breakfast was exceptional. Rooftop Indian restaurant was great. Watch out for low-hanging light fixtures over bedside tables. Ours gave me a bruised scalp, when I bent over to plug in my phone charger

Clean, good interior, welcoming staff and the hotel has everything good in it from a rooftop , to a pool, amazing breakfast and dinner Everything was good

The room 510 had bugs biting me throughout the night, had to be moved to the another room on the 6th floor! Do not get room 510!!

It was closed to the mall and everyone was very friendly

The staffs were very professional especially Mr. IAN and Stephen who assisted me personally during my time. The room size and the views were worth it especially the fireworks on the 31st night was mind blowing from the 8th floor. The cleaning was never compromised as the beddings and Duvets could be changed atleast 2 twice a day upon request. Food was generally expensive and cold hence we decided to eat fresh food outside. You can find the CINE MALL with just less than 7mins walking distance where you can find popular restaurants in there

Everything, from room to bed, breakfast, shower, staff. Excellent hotel with excellent service. My breakfast was delayed the first morning and Ms. Doris, the kitchen manager served me a free breakfast ?. The staff are Excellent. Nothing
