The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to accommodate any needs. There is nothing that I did not like.

The Location. The check-in in the late hour of the night. I stayed in the 5th floor of G building, and did not have hot water at all.

It was really very good!he The fact that i was over billed by mistake. They didnt communicate that I should have signed in or checked in at 10am. Hence I was billed extra. That was the only downside. But everything else was excellent.

I stayed at ACK Guest House for one week and appreciated that it offers good value for money. The location is very convenient, being close to my training venue. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well maintained. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always went the extra mile whenever I needed assistance. I especially liked the shower, it was hot and powerful. What I didn’t like: The housekeeping missed clearing the tissues from the bathroom, so I found tissues left by the previous guest when I arrived. The safety box is very old and not user-friendly; I tried to get it maintained, but it was not successful.

I was eating breakfast at the venue of my workshop. Water in the shower was not hot it was just warm. I think you should also provide some shower caps. The Guest House should notify the guests that they will be paying for their own transport on arrival from the airport.

Twas OK. Shower - was hard to get the temperature right. I'd hoped to find more church people, but was told that these days its much like a regular hotel. I ended up overpaying.

ACK Guest house is my "home from home" when in Nairobi. The staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Just 30 minutes from the airport it's a handy place to stay when in transit.

The location was good for me and the rooms were comfortable. When I booked via Booking.com it said free airport shuttle and breakfast included. However, when I asked them to arrange an airport shuttle upon arrival, I was expected to pay $19 (which was also more than double the price of the same ride with Uber). I also was told that I had to pay separately for breakfast ($8). I recommend that the information on the Booking.com site is updated to manage expectations.
