The beds are uncomfortable, beddings are old, there are televisions in the rooms but are not functioning.

The staffs were very friendly always willing to help, from the gateman to groundsmen, the receptionists. The televisions on the rooms are not working, this makes you to sleep early, no form of entertainment or knowing what's happening around you.

Great place to stay, very convenient, and as I was lucky enough to have a balcony I had a wonderful view over the (sadly) closed park and city centre.

The beddings, they are old, if they can change on that, the televisions aren't working, this is my fourth stay and you can't watch news, or entertain yourself, it's so boring being there for a week.

There was power outage but it was unavoidable, but it was corrected the following day, wish they had generators to pick up in such situations, l couldn't work.

Nothing at all..Place was so bad that we inspected the room& left-minus$45 we had paid at the desk Place seemed so bad that it should not be called a hotel.You should not recommend it to any travelers .Only reason we chose the place was because our tour was leaving from there in the morning

It was safe enough but I thought being a hostel there would be some life and people there. In fact it is a large empty shell, and feels pretty bleak. However, the receptionist was kind enough to look after our bags for the day when we had a late flight out and changed our room when I realised we had misunderstood what we were booking. The cafe was an empty canteen, but around the corner there was a university street market which is buzzing, so we managed to eat there. Nothing anyone can do, but we thought as a WMCA it would have some life, but in fact it is like a large dormitory building with cold empty corridors. Also the staff helped us load our bags into the taxi and then demanded a tip. I don't mind tipping but I hate it when it is pushed for.
