The staff were friendly and understanding my needs. The hotel cleanliness. Available amendies. Lack of communication between the hotel management and kitchen staff. I booked for a BB for two nights. This means including free breakfast. When I went for the breakfast, they Asked me to pay. I had to resolve the issue with the reception staff.

On arrival the price was totally different. The staff member told us the marketing person did not updated online prizes. They didn’t want to meet even half way with the prize. So we left for another hotel.

The best was there were two couple of slippers for shower instead one as usual in another hotels Staff is useless and they lied to us, they cheated us, they made us pay twice: I booked and paid through booking in advance, the price was really cheap because booking made an offer for us, that's why I decided to book in there, because of the price. Once we arrived to the hotel they wanted us to pay for the room 23$ because apparently there was a mistake with booking. We refused and told them we have already paid, how they sort that behind with booking is not my business and I shouldn't pay more, and they said ok and let us check in and pass the night. In the morning when we tried to check out it happened the same, they forced us to pay in this case 27$, they told us they said the night before that we would need to pay (they didn't, they only agreed to let us check in), they treated us as a criminal and they kept us there waiting for phone calls for half hour, knowing we were rushing and had to go for a tour. In the end just because we didn't want to lose the tour and they wouldn't let us leave, we had to pay. And I hope we will receive a refund from booking because is their fault they offer something for a price that apparently it wasn't. Plus after of course, the tour which I also booked through booking... They didn't showed up at pickup point. So we paid the room and we lost the tour, both thanks to booking. What a shame! The room was... Ok but noisy, the reception was far to look with a minimum of quality, if you count you are paying for a really expensive room in a location miles away to feel it safety.

The staff relationship with Guest, always ready to assist whenever they ask for help. The non availability of tooth brush and paste for guest.
