A water bottle and a HUGE towel were provided, along with desk and chair and mosquito net and cupboard. 3rd or 4th floor walk-up, light over sink didn't work, no water by toilet, faucet loose

Very good value, right next to the matutu hub, this part of town is vibrant and always full of people. You can find anything for a good price. The bed was clean and comfortable, our room was rear-facing so pretty silent during the night. The bathroom had everything working and was clean. For the people that don't like crowds, avoid this location at all costs. Tourists can feel overwhelmed by all the people in the neighborhood, streets are narrow, there is a lot of music, people shouting, lighting everywhere.

Staff was kind and helpful. Price was very good. It was located in a central location. All good.

The room was very clean. I got excellent services whenever I requested anything from my room. The hotel is located close to the town. I was able to walk from the hotel to the other areas within the town Generally I liked most of the attributes about the room and location. Perhaps the hotel should consider improving on the breakfast by ensuring there is a variety of food types.

It is very difficult to get there during rush hours, due to all the traffic in the city centre... Outside food isn't allowed. TV/music in the restaurant was always on, and could hear it all the way to the room.

The food, the first two days the food wasn't as expected but the remaining days were wonderful I asked and they told me there were different Chefs

The location where it is, is not so safe for solo female travelers. The breakfast was there traditional, I'm not used to having potatoes and chicken in the morning. But those are personal references.

I was genuinely impressed by how warm and helpful the team was. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and always willing to explain things clearly whenever I had questions. What stood out most to me was the level of care I received—not just basic hospitality, but thoughtful help that made my time in the area much easier and more comfortable. One staff member even went out of their way to accompany me to a location I needed to find, which I deeply appreciated. Thank you to the whole team! I didn’t have a hot shower
