If you walk to the CBD Central Business District 5 minutes, you're in a good area; this one is not for everyone. Not a place to enjoy at night, there are not any restaurants that you would want to go to or thing to see very poor worker neighborhood not a place for family. Attitude was bad, but it got better after going and staying there for many days. If your a adventure traveler then go save money the rooms are nice.

Agréablement surpris par le confort de la literie, la propreté de la chambre et la qualité du pdj. Un rapport qualité-prix plus que satisfaisant ! À ce prix rien à critiquer.

The location is great, right in the middle of Nairobi CBD. Access to transport and other amenities is easy. The security guards are also very helpful and social. Check in and check out was very easy. The staff were great. Peter and John are polite, kind and very helpful. The bathroom was quite small but anyway it was manageable. Maybe a suggestion to have a bathroom mat plus a floor mat to step on when you get out of bed. The lift failed during my stay however I am sure it was fixed.

The Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. The WiFi was a letdown and the faulty hot shower

The reception let me check in at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:30am from the airport and could see that the place is quite shabby with a lot of women standing in the streets in front of closed shops. The taxi driver told me those women are prostitutes and that we are in a very unsafe part of town and I should not come out after dark and not go anywhere alone in this area. When I went to the hotel, I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs as there was no power. The room has bare minimum, the bathroom door sticks and the closet door does not move. I had booked for two nights but I decided to leave around 11:30am. There was no power for the 4 hours that I was there and I could hear fighting and shouting outside. They did not return my money but I booked another hotel and left. I was later told I had a lucky escape as even locals don't go to this part of town for fear of being robbed.

The ladies at the front desk were equally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The security team also deserves recognition for being friendly, courteous, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay by two more days. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to Mr. Peter and the entire team for the excellent hospitality and outstanding service.

The place is cool and at a central place in town.

Breakfast was terrible. The hotel is located in the worst part of Nairobi. There is no good restaurant nearby and the area is quite unsafe for travelers.
-
Rooms are dirty, plumbing issues water from. the chamber goes into the shower
-
I liked the fact that the staff was open with me as their client. Nothing was there to he disliked.

I travelled here again for a conference in Nairobi KICC and I would walk there every morning for the hotel is in the CBD. Its convenient and good value for your money.

Nothing at all.

The girls at the reception are very kind and helped me a lot! The area is a bit noisy

The location is very bad if it is the first time you visit Nairobi.

The breakfast is included in the price. The wifi accessibility is one aspect the hotel could work on.

Location was pretty good. The room was adequate size. The bathroom was way too small. I had five lights the entire time I was there. They didn’t fix them once. And they charged every time I had a lady friend over. It was a terrible overall See the comments above
