All the staff were really nice and helpful. I didn't catch all of their names but Patrick I did get the name of. He helped me with transport stuff. I was expecting the rooms to be a better standard for the price paid, but everything worked and the bed was very comfy. This may of course just be me not having a realistic view of what you can get for your money in Nairobi

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and restaurant’s food was great, wide selection. Elevator was quick.

I had hoped to book a massage at the spa, but no one answered the telephone. I went up there after lunch and no one was there. A man working at the pool near the spa took my room number and said he would have someone call me, but they never did. Despite this minor complaint, everything at the hotel was excellent.

It's a very busy neighborhood with lots of vehicle traffic during the day, making crossing the street difficult and scary.
-
They double charged me one of the extra breakfast l had. Just don't pay until you check out because their confusion will cost you more.

The meals are perfect with an excellent breakfast to jump start your day, warm and friendly staff to ensure your comfortable during your stay, very accessible and easy to connect to the airport roads none

STAFF AND FOOD CLEANING
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Patrick helped with my luggage and showed me where everything was in the room. My room was clean and comfortable. I spent one night before heading out on safari and have no complaints. Nothing comes to mind.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The bar closed earlier than stated. The room was overrun with tiny cockroaches despite being cleaned daily.

Breakfast The sheets on my bed had blood stains on them but I was tired from 36 hours travel time and it was too late at night (after Midnight) before I found the blood on the sheets so I just slept on the other side of the bed. The mattress was WORN OUT and hurt my back all night, did not get a good restful nights sleep! I reported all of this to the desk clerk the next morning, they were very apologetic but that did nit help my aching back.

The property is cheap for a reason that’s all you need to know . Very dirty and it smells bad and it’s loud My room was smelly and had brown water when I was trying to shower . I landed at night and I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night almost 12 AM to go find a new hotel ! I chose a 5 star hotel just to be on the safe side . Serena hotel was the best . With every penny ! Best Western hotel is horrible ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE but at least the front desk girl was helpful to the best of her ability . She helped me call for a number for my new hotel ( Serena Hotel ) because my phone was acting up . As I am speaking right now I am still trying to get a refund . It’s difficult it seems

We'd stayed two weeks earlier and were happy to be returning for our final nights in Nairobi. The family/triple room living area was handy for repacking. Breakfasts again were good. Staff are pleasant and helpful. A/C didn't work in the triple but it wasn't hot and didn't matter so we didn't ask about it.

Relatively central location, secure entrance. Pleasant staff. Decent rooms. Decent breakfast (esp Omelets). Interesting rooftop and wife enjoyed the pedicure. Just slightly on the wrong side of Moi Avenue, but only a short (slightly daunting) walk West to upmarket restaurants.

It’s was appropriate for what I needed Nothing major

צוות חביב. אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון בחדר. הכל חנוק. המסדרונות אפלוליים. הייתה בעיה בשירותים ותקנו כמה פעמים אך הבעיה חזרה על עצמה.

Friendly staff upon arrival and at front desk BED BUGS!!! I should have trusted the reviews. Bed Bugs in the Bed! Upon checking out the same day we were still required to pay for a night's stay. Not customer friendly. And the neighborhood is beyond sketchy. For those looking for a place to stay... this isn't it. You can do better! We did!

Welcoming and helpful staff, clean facility, not noisy

Breakfast is a bit poor..

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and safe. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff there was exceptional. I didn't realize where it was located in the middle of the city. The traffic was terrible but it wasn't the hotels fault
