Good location in CBD. Good value My room didn´t have mosquito net so there were quite a few mosquitos in the room

+ My room was quite spacious (I'd guess ≈13m²) + Price (1600 Ksh/night) is ok + Wi-Fi at reception seemed to be good + I was offered room replacement when asking about Wi-Fi, but that room would be much smaller - No Wi-Fi in my room, zero! In general, there was no Wi-Fi on third floor, and just a little on fourth floor. - No mosquito nets on windows, mosquitos are really annoying at night - Large mold in bathroom - Dark in room - No table in room - A single chair in the room is horrible - No washing machine - Stuff is completely clueless: > Do ATMs work at night > We don't know > Where can I do laundry? > We don't know - They don't accept cards. I arrived at night and they made a fuss about me paying as soon as possible, asked to deposit my passport, then still woke me up in the morning to go get money
