Would have liked hot water for shower.
-
Very noisy room Mosquitos in the room, no mosquito net. The area seems dangerous, we were approached by several people in the street.

The breakfast was great, tasty potato wedges, wonderful Spanish omelette, great service by friendly and professional staff (like Zamzam, Wahida, great cooks, etc), lovely experience from the 13th floor with a great view of Central Business area of Nairobi. Location was superb, many restaurants and cafes in the area, shopping malls, etc. Good security protocols in place. Nothing comes to mind, aside from the minor noise from pavement renovations along the roadside. It’s only temporary and will be finished soon, so it’s certainly not a big concern.

Nothing

The lady at the reception was equally helpful during check-out, making the process smooth, quick, and pleasant. The level of service and hospitality continues to stand out, and it made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the entire team for their excellent service, and I look forward to visiting again. The lifts were often full and took a long time

The rooms were surprisingly nice and cleanly kept. Access to the hotel with two elevators that are shared by the public. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time for the elevator.

I didn’t really like much about the property. The location was central but it was very noisy. The roads were terribly busy. The ground floor was very busy. The area felt unsafe. The lights don’t really switch off at night unless you take out the room access card. There is no space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The water is either too cold or too hot in the shower. It is very difficult to get the correct temperature. The body wash had a terrible smell. I’m glad I brought mine. The plugs almost shocked me when I tried to iron. There was literally fire sparks when I plugged the iron that the hotel gave me. The hotel is located on the 16th floor. There are all types of business in the other floors. This means you have to allocate additional time on the lift because it gets very busy.

The location is very busy. Lots of traffic and noise.
-
The staff were welcoming The environment was Dirty, the lobby had an awful scent, the lobby is a market ground.
-
Decent location in the CBD Dirty, stains on sheets
-
Second time around, and still appreciated. Elevator time
-
Nice accommodating staff. Good restaurant. Clean. No A/C and the TV didn’t pivot to face the bed, so we couldn’t view the TV from the bed.
-
Room is big with great view. Very central too. Elevator is slow and it is hard to catch Uber since it is so central and traffic is a nightmare.
-
Location. It was close to most of my customers offices There is no air condition in the room and I couldn’t charge my meals to my room because the restaurant is run by a third party
-
It leaves up to the standard and clean, I felt safe The shower doesn’t drain water properly
-
Everything Nothing bad to say
-
The water was either ice cold or burning hot
-
Everything was good, but I only have a short day here, very near to the supermarket and attractions.
-
I enjoyed the beautiful room with the view of the city. The coldness in Nairobi, however, the AC in the room was so helpful?

The hotel is located in the junction of 2 most famous avenues (Moi and Kenyatta avenue) in the city centre of Nairobi. I almost got stuck in the elevator because of power failure.
