Comfortable and clean room with a balcony. Lots of space to put your things (wardrobe, bench, shelves). Quiet place and the best part is that it is just steps away from the amazing and huge park that surrounds a lake where everyone goes to walk every morning and evening.

Staff helpful. Room clean. Great cleaning crew. Have a restaurant. Safe and adequate parking. The room TV is operated with 2 remotes not just 1. In the past there was only 1 remote control needed. I could operate that very well. This new 2 remote control system is too confusing for me. So I gave up trying to understand how to work it. The staff kindly explained to me 2 times but I gave up trying to operate the remotes. I watched Internet news on my Android tablet.

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Large rooms with nice bed linen. Good location near the main highway, but couldn't hear any traffic noise. Free coffee machine in the foyer, but only available 6.00 am to 4.00 pm. Noisy old air-conditioning with the remote screwed to the wall. No 7/11 within easy walking distance.

I always overnight here on my way to the south. Great location for the highway between Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Excellent bistro nearby. There is no kettle in the room, although coffee is freely available in the lobby.

I have stayed at this property several times before, and was never disappointed in the past. The location is good, and they have decent facilities. The elevator works, and there is a nice little free coffee/tea/cocoa machine with good hot chocolate. This time we got what may have been the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom fixtures were disgusting, the tap in the sink dripped even after turning off, there was no water pressure in the shower (drool), and the air con was louder than in any of the other rooms I've stayed in here so far. When I told the staff about my experience the next morning upon checking out, their only response was: you can specify you don't want room #708 next time. No apology for a horrid experience, and no promise to improve the room's facilities.
