Good location near food and the park. Clean comfortable room. I loved that there were screens on the windows so we didn’t need to run the air conditioner at night.

The quality far exceeds the price. It's clean, bright, and has plenty of comfortable furniture. Many thoughtful touches aren't often found in hotels: extra hangers on the wall in the hallway, shelves above the refrigerator and at the entrance, a drying rack on the balcony, even a remote control holder by the bed (we've never seen that before!). Downstairs, there's a nice, spacious hallway with fans and sofas. Plenty of electrical outlets. A separate shower area in the restroom. Mosquito nets on the windows. The upper floors have good views of the city. It's sometimes noticeable that this isn't a new hotel, but it's well maintained. There's a 24-hour 7-11 convenience store at the entrance to the courtyard. The WiFi isn't perfect, but it works.

Amazing value old school hotel...big rooms with nice view. Cannot be beaten for the price. There are restaurants close by and 7/11 out front. 10 minute walk to the park

Good location on the way between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The good staff, nice rooms, very attractive price. They had the good parking as well, so it is suitable if you travel in the car. We hadn’t any shampoo and/or showing gel in the room that is really sad if you need to use the shower.

The rooms are clean and big. Centrally located.internet speed is good. The socket next to the bed is old. It took several tries to get the charger to work.
