I liked how clean the room was except for the couches. The staff was accommodating to us and let us switch our room due to some booking confusion and they were very attentive to us with all the questions we had about the room. The location is perfect. A stone's throw from a cafe and okinawan restaurant that is delicious. Additionally it's walking distance to a couple of beaches and other restaurants. The view was spectacular as well. The couches and throw pillows were visibly dirty and needed to be reupholstered or changed.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and the view. The water was nice and warm. My kids liked that the toilet opened on its own. We also thought it was very thoughtful for them to include snacks and drinks in the fridge. Also the little kid accessories were super cute too! The internet service was actually not as bad as the other reviews, but we were there to explore Kouri and didn’t need the internet so much. We thought the room was not as cleaned as we would have liked. Sadly, there was dust and dirt caked up in the corners or bathroom and under/near the beds. There were quite a few bugs and little worms that scared the kids but not too terrible.

The views and cleanliness of the property was amazing. Villa came also with full set kitchen items you can use and complimentary drinks were provided as well My two biggest issues with the property was the check in/check out process and AC. It was very hot in the Villa no matter how much I tried to change the temperature on the AC. It legit felt like it was blowing hot air. The coldest room was the actual bedroom. But you could feel a major temperature difference soon as you left the bedroom. It was super hot in all the other parts of the villa even after adjusting the temperature. The next issue was the check in/ check out process. There were instructions given to check in at a certain time (between 3 p.m to 5 p.m if I remember correctly because after 5 there is no one at the property to help you ) however, when I arrived , there was no one in the super small lobby area. There was a paper hung up on the lobby door that said we could call if no one was at the lobby. There was an English option to call so that’s what I dialed. I called the number but when it went through there was a Japanese guy who picked up and sounded like he was just waking up from sleeping. He hung up on me after a few seconds. Someone came out to check us in but it wasn’t the same guy on the phone (I don’t know if the guy just so happen to have saw me standing there and that is why he came out, I am not sure) For check out it was the same issue. There was no one to check us out and I just wanted to make sure I didn’t need to do anything else before I left, but there was no one there to ask so I just left.

The villa is gorgeous, the pool and view were truly stunning. The indoor bath with a view was also amazing. Well equipped kitchen, we thought the free drinks were a nice touch. Private and quiet location ideal to wind down, but note that the nearest convenience store is 17min away on the main island so plan accordingly. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely stay and wish we stayed longer! We were disappointed by the poor WiFi, essentially non existent. We were unable to perform basic tasks such as downloading a kindle book, streaming netflix or researching on Google during our 2 day stay. Other minor things on the ongoing maintenance of the villa: -chain of bath water plug was rusty and broke when we attempted to unplug the bath -soap holder in the shower was also broken -hairdryer head also fell off while using -there were a few spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling -glass windows cleaning could be improved The above were very minor issues but slightly detracted from the luxury feel so hopefully by mentioning them they can be addressed.

GREAT!!!!! We booked the Villa early, and after a long search we found our favorite room (NAXOS). However, when we arrived, the counter staff told us that due to technical problems, they could not provide the room for us to stay in, and finally we had to change to another room (DILOS). Then we saw a couple in the room we had booked and they were splashing in the pool. It's speechless. If there are technical problems that can't accommodate pre-booked guests, why can others? (I'm pretty sure all six rooms were unreserved when we got the reservation.) We hope the hotel will take more care about this probelm. We had a great time and would like to stay again if we had the chance. However, this experience was somewhat marked down by this incident. The clerk at the counter helped us a lot that day and was really a good worker. We hope the hotel will give him our regards.

Beautiful views and location was great. Complimentary mini fridge and all kitchen amenities. Staff onsite very limited hours. Wish there were doors for bedrooms.

Recommend for groups of friends. Indoor and outdoor hot tub was very nice. They even stock our refrigerator with foods and drinks. You have to drive up the narrow road to get to the parking lot.

The location of the property is behind the main roads and near the water. It was beautiful and the accommodations are perfect.

I loved everything! I’d like to comeback again someday ? I know it couldnt be avoided but there was a lizard in the pool and bathtub.
