The overall ambience of the hotel, combined with its remarkable level of cleanliness and the stunning beauty of the individual rooms, created an incredibly inviting atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. Furthermore, I felt a strong sense of safety throughout the establishment, which is so important when traveling. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt welcomed and cared for during their time there. Given all these outstanding qualities, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a delightful and secure place to stay.

The staff is very humble and helpful. Good breakfast. The 3 bedroom apartment is awesome . Real value for money. Close to the National park.

I would kindly suggest to get a handheld shower instead of regular shower head for the bathroom, but everything else was great !!

The location was good

We chose it mainly because of the location and good reviews. It was exactly what we wanted. Beds were comfortable. Loved the little balcony off the studio. It had small fridge, microwave and hot water kettle, hangers and small wardrobe for clothes. Wifi. Excellent breakfast! The staff were all kind and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower close to the toilet so the toilet and floor are all wet after a shower with no extra towel to dry it off. But I’m sure if we had asked we would’ve been given.

The staff were nice. They carry your luggage to your room. You can pay card or cash. The food I purchased for dinner was delicious (chicken pilau it was seasoned well -which is unique because Kenyan food has been so bland- and ginger white tea…they used real ginger to boil with the tea). There’s a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishes. Two bottles of water. I arrived at night and left in the morning. Let’s just say, you get what you pay for. I was in a room named Vancouver. Everything seemed fine until I stepped out of the washroom and into a kitchenette full of little medium sized bugs running around the counter and scattering under the microwave. I called the reception in a panic and she casually states “oh they’re just cockroaches.” I tried to get another room but there was a language barrier. She then hung up on me. I sent many messages to her via booking app and no one responded. In the morning she was still the person in reception. She told me the room had been fumigated two weeks prior. So that’s just gross that they are even operating with roaches.

Parking space is quite limited

I had a really good time at Nakuru Sandalwood suites. Chebet was giving me the Dubai room with a nice view and everything which is needed to relax. Beside the cosy rooms the food is really nice and you should not miss it! Every time I am in Nakuru, I come back here!
