Service, rooms very clean. Location, at a busy public transport stage and very congested with businesses at the entrance to the hotel, could do better with a private entrance to the hotel.

Clean facilities. Amazing lication and breakfast. Great calue if youre looking for a quality stay at an amazing price. Location can be a bit loud or hectic. If that sort of thing really bothers you this might not be your place.

The hotel staff right from the security, housekeeping and front desk were kind and helpful, I really loved that. The breakfast, I felt ignored, served me the wrong tea, I had to walk to the kitchen to find my cutlery, and the restaurant staff spoke to me badly when I had to go to the reception to get wifi password, she says I would have told her, but that was not the issue, the issue was how she told me, plus it's not like she was attending to any of my requests.

It's convenient with all amenities close by. Showering with cold water in the morning. They could have mounted the wardrobe the other way round to give more room.

The staff are amazing! From the cleaners to restaurant staff, reception and security guard. Everyone was lovely and helped alot. The noise levels in the rooms, both from external traffic and internal disturbances by guests and staff, made it extremely difficult to sleep. The lack of fans resulted in uncomfortably hot rooms, and mosquitoes were a significant problem due to bites. Furthermore, the limited lift access, particularly the need to walk to the third floor to go to lower levels, and the single, often unavailable lift card, created a very impractical situation, especially for anyone with mobility issues.
