Overall good value for money. Good breakfast, clean rooms and washrooms. Courteous friendly staff. No facilities for smokers aside from climbing out onto the roof on the 1st floor.

I didn't like BUT i loved everything, from the facility, staff were very friendly & the food was on another level. My woman had a birthday and the restaurant in charge (Mary) made the impossible possible. All the food and beverage staff that I interacted were full of product knowledge. Can't remember everything coz it was my woman' day but everything was a plus . I loved everything, from the reception, the room, restaurant food esp ✓ Spanish omelette ,✓ Chapati✓ Grilled pork chops , Giant tilapia. The hotel location is a big deal. The setup for the birthday dinner and the room after dinner was amazing. Hotel wasn't busy so we had all the space, with good musicI appreciated everything.

The staff was very helpful and the welcome drink was refreshing. A cockroach was on the wall. I had diarrhea after breakfast. The slippers stuck on wet floor and did not move.

The staff were very pleasant and talkative. The food was good and plentiful. Having to wait for almost an hour for our food to arrive at dinner, even though we were the only ones seated in the restaurant !! Intermittent Internet, virtually non-existent from the hours of 2200, until we departed the next day. Tired decor, broken mirrors, could do with a refurb. The room itself was adequate, again it could have done with updating. No air-conditioning, so, very hot and stuffy, when trying to sleep. But, l would book to stay there again, because of the good location.
