The hotel is in CBD of Nakuru so close access to malls, restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast was good and had variety. Only 1 restaurant for lunch and dinner options but was affordable The rooms are facing CBD so it’s loud at night. The windows aren’t sound proof so you can hear cars, motorcycles and people. No AC or fan within rooms. So have to open windows to bring in air.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the Centre of Nakuru opposite the market and close to all shops etc. The Hotel is spotless inside and the staff are so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and high floored rooms have a great view. The Hotel has a lovely swimming pool and outside eating area and the restaurant provides freshly well cooked meals at a good price. Its a great place to stay, meet up with friends or just chill if on holiday. I've stayed here a couple of times now and will definitely be back again. Good value for money and secure hotel with security on the doors. Nothing to complain about with this hotel- always had exceptional service from friendly and polite staff and the hotel is spotless.

Bottled water with an expiry date of June 2021 was provided in the room. Called the waiter and he took it with him. He was to inform the Mgt to withdraw the batch. Steak was burnt- Returned. Mgt acknowledged and waived cost which was kind No inside parking-Parking in the street Service took very long on our first day with 4 reminder calls to restaurant. Other days it was excellent.

Also, they should consider having bath robes and slides/slippers at the rooms. Aside from that,I enjoyed my stay....breakfast was phenomenal.

We liked it all. The location was great, in the center in a very clean area next to a beautiful park. Perfect to walk around for us. The staff were super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The room was very big, with wonderful view and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool was big, clean and surrounded by a nice area to sit and relax. The restaurant is also very good. And it has a cafe and a nice central area to sit. Nothing
