Central location. The staff are truly amazing and make you feel at home. The buildings are tastefully preserved. Nil

The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast spread. The shower water kept leaking outside the shower doors on the floor. I was worried I’d slip at night.

The place was great! The staff was very kind and helpful to most requests from my family and I. We loved the live music on Saturday night, it added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The food was quite nice and the waiters are extremely attentive which was appreciated. One of the rooms was quite squeaky when making the slightest turns and the water pressure was low with limited hot water in the same room. Additionally the shower doors did not close all the way so there was quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor which is quite a fall risk. We requested additional towels to dry the floors and none were provided which was a bit frustrating.

The breakfast is served on time for early risers and has wide variety and freshly made stuff. The staff are decent and courteous without pressing for tips or handouts. The facility is well maintained with orderly parking space.Next to main road but the serenity inside is unbelievable. There is a golf course a stone throw away for golfers, and has good proximity to the CBD for those whose need quick access. They ownership should consider a gym/health hub and a swimming pool.

The staff and guests when moving their chairs, grinded on the floor and made lot of noise. Suggest lift the chairs or put rubber ferrules on the legs of the chairs.

Very warm and welcoming Staff from the gate to the reception to the restaurant. Amazing people. The ambiance is also very good especially the restaurant setting. A wide variety of food on offer. The rooms are well kept and very clean. I stayed in the heritage wing and although the rooms was clean and well kept. A minor issue though , the back yard as seen through the window is not very pleasant to look at. It needs to be cleaned up and the dilapidated structures sealed off from the guests view or repainted.
