Kaiza

Excellent!! A truly post-card mountain top view, incredible french+Japanese style breakfast, nested in tropical forest setting. Sobering and claiming petite retreat! The host couple was so understanding and accommodated for our arrival time.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Kaiza in Okinawa! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Okinawa coastline. The staff were lovely and very helpful with assisting us to book transport around the island as we are non-Japanese speakers. Furthermore, the breakfast included was amazing! We loved our stay and would strongly recommend Kaiza to anyone looking to stay in Okinawa. Nothing.

Great mix of modern and traditional architecture. Private with a nice view. Very inviting and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Kaiza is a stunning property located in the quiet and peaceful coastal town of Nanjo. The hosts were extremely kind and accomodating. The accommodation was clean and bedding was to a high standard. It is hard to fault but I felt there was limited space with shared facilities. It was fine as I was out all days but could feel cramped if you wanted to stay at the property for an entire day

Exceptional

Stunning property with extremely comfortable bedding, gorgeous forest and in a very quiet location. The owners were very helpful and the hot tub was the most relaxing experience I've had in a long time. It was a little far from the airport however I knew this and the cost of the taxi so it was not really a downside but a little difficult to get around if you don't have a car. This is expected if you want to get outside of the main city to find peace. I would highly recommend this place if that's what you are looking for.

Peaceful, tranquil setting, beautiful nature- this is a place to truly relax and unwind The breakfast was excellent and the service was attentive, kind and respectful.

Comfortable & peaceful with ocean views. The facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor bath. Definitely recommend breakfast and a walk in Kaiza forest too. Couldn't fault it.

The view and the calmness Warning about the area: moving around by public transport is hard, and be ready to wait a long time for a taxi. The staff at Kaiza can get a táxi for you

View from the room is magnificent. Breakfast is prepared differently everyday ? You will need to drive to get to this location. Please go before dark.

The staff was very helpful. My phone broke and I got lost navigating the way to check-in at Kaiza at night time. I went into a Lawson and called Kaiza and he helped talk with the Lawson staff to lead me to Kaiza in his own car. The next day the staff even looked up phone repair shop for me. No private toilet in the room.

Ambience, decor, staff. Squeaky wooden floor planks, loud sounds arising from guests’ hard sole indoor slippers provided by the accommodation. It makes walking around the property feel self conscious and restrictive. Sleep disrupted from the sounds mentioned above. Perhaps the accommodation can consider to replace the hard sole indoor slipper with soft soles ones instead. The info sheet provided in room needs update: 1) hot tub opening hours is in reality 7pm to 12am (5 hours). But info sheet says 7pm to 12pm. Such misinformation potentially messes up guests’ itinerary planning. 2) some restaurants in the info sheet are temporarily closed.

this is a very tasteful property. the owner is incredibly friendly and helped us ordering taxis and food. the best part is the private onsen - the first where we could bathe together as a couple! and you can see so much wildlife from the bath too, if you go around 9pm there were flying foxes, flying squirrels... this was such an incredible highlight to our trip. there's stairs but the owner was so kind to carry our luggage for us which was super heavy. thank you SO much. this property is quite remote. it's close to a super nice beach and if you like walking there's a lot to walk to, but restaurant wise there's not much going on. we knew this in advance so we prepared. maybe it would be nice to have some more snack options at the property but already there were some really nice cocktail options that were cute to try.

The Villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. Even though the view of the ocean was partial it was still an amazing place to stay. We wish we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality! I wish the view of the ocean would’ve been better.

The location is beautiful. The staff are all super helpful and do their best to provide anything you might need. There weren’t any facilities to wash your clothes, or we were not made aware of them, which made things difficult. The people that were in room 2, the room next to ours, were very loud on many nights after the “quiet hours” (in their room and in the common area), talking and laughing without any concern for the noise they were making. It would be nice if there would be someone to enforce the quiet hours to people being inconsiderate.

Amazing

Kaiza is the best place, where to stay in Okinawa. Calm place not far from Naha. Mibaru beach is not far. Nice owner. Excelent breakfasts. Thank you.?

The location within the trees was so serene and every detail in the property had been thought out to make us feel comfortable. Nothing!!
