Enough parking spaces. It was clean. Staff was helpful. There is a stadium in the vicinity and sometimes you hear the announcements from there, but not in the night, so that's not a big deal.

Value for money. Can’t comment on location because it was close to the stadium and that’s want I needed, it might be different for other. Nonetheless it’s easy to get there from city center. Clean rooms and good staff. Beds could be more comfortable, but you don’t expect more. Very good hotel.

Warm décor There are some staff who are good, and this is causing me a lot of trouble！I had already checked out the night earlier. I also told the staff that I would leave at 4 o'clock in the morning, and the clerk at that time promised that I would have someone there and that I could give them the keys! As a result, when I was going to the airport, all the doors were locked and no one was there! I'm going to the airport! Trick up for 5 minutes! In the end, I had to put the key on the table in the room！！

Good location for tram into nantes Room was very small not even drawers to unpack your clothes paid for supperior room as it had access to outside but did not have this with room 37 where they put us

Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner ~ excellent value for money. Bedroom & bathroom very clean.

Proximity to showground. Restaurant v good. Water station to refill bottles is good. The new waiter was delightful and spoke good English. Emma on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. Room servicing was non-existent, bins not emptied for days, bed not made. Just nothing. No tea/coffee facilities in room, loaned an old kettle. Refused to make milk available. No lift. No help to carry suitcase up and downstairs. Bill was wrong several nights. Several of the staff speak zero English.

the staff were lovely, location for the exhibition centre was perfect there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room or to use that didn't involve going to the bar the shower was very slippery when in use the fish dishes were very overcooked both nights and the rice was horrid. The starters were great. Please do NOT put meat(including meat stock) in fish/cheese dishes, it makes some of us very ill.

Wonderful, friendly staff and delightful David who explained the menu and Julienne, the young chef. The room was very small but for a brief stay perfectly adequate.

Close to IMT Atlantique. Quiet safe area. I used to live close there. Breakfast could be improved but it was nice and the staff was super kind gentil and helpful.
