Great location We had the do not disturb light turned on and left to grab coffee. When we came back the cleaning lady was in the room cleaning. That would not have been a problem but they threw away some important stuff that we didn’t realize till we cleaned up to check out.

Location is right across from the US Consulate and the harbor! A little hard to get in and out of if you’re not there early enough to see bc of codes etc but not too difficult

Great location directly next to the American Consulate in Naples where we had business. Just know it is a minimal service AirBnB — very efficient services and all assistance was remote. If you are looking for full service hotel or AirBnB this isn’t for you. If you are looking for sparkling clean, safe location to stay in Naples it is perfect.

Location is great. We had business at the US Consulate which is right next door, very convenient. The staff was very responsive. We had a minor issue with a noise we thought was the fan that wouldn't shut off. They sent a technician tight up who solved everything. We were impressed. Very clean, easy check in. No way to make hot tea in the room. There is a Nespresso like coffee maker with 2 small espresso cups, but if you are a tea drinker like me, no electric kettle or cups. Would have been a big plus.

The location was great, right next to guarded facilities, which made us feel safe in our room. Easy walk on the wall in either direction. Our space in the room was a bit limited.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday - the quality of the accomodation was excellent, clean, quiet, very comfortable and in a very good convenient and pretty location by the Bay. We walked almost everywhere and ate in many of the recommended restaurants ( by the host). We would certainly return. Naples was a most interesting and friendly city. Nothing

We had a perfect stay here with no issues whatsoever. The room was beautiful, modern and perfectly clean. Towels and bedsheets were very clean and we were given fresh coffee pods each morning to use in a coffee machine in our room. Minibar was stocked well and extremely reasonably priced. We even had a sea view from our balcony (unexpectedly), the balcony also overlooked the beautiful courtyard. We felt safe and secure with multiple gated-access doors to get to our room. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the privacy of checking in online and being able to ask any questions via WhatsApp (which were replied to instantly). Also, the location was great as it was two minutes from the sea (with a direct view of Mount Vesuvius) and multiple train/underground/bus access routes to different parts of central Naples.

The property is clean, just behind the American consulate. Location is nice but do expect to walk for 30 min to get to the city centre. Although I had sent a recap email to the receptionist summarising all the details of the 4 rooms we booked with my friends, they still manage to mess it up! Moreover, you will see a person at the reception only when you check-in. After that, they disappear…
