Clean apartment, friendly staff, close to the beach.

I liked that they've gone to great lengths to create a concept for travelers and have decorated the hotel accordingly. I also appreciated that there's a good elevator, since the hotel is on a very high floor. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. I didn't like the process of entering the property. The front door could be opened, but once inside, there were no signs indicating where the elevator was. Someone answered my call, but unfortunately, they didn't speak much English, so it took us quite a while to open the safe where the keys are kept because they didn't remember the combination. Once inside, we found that the internet wasn’t working. Not recommendable for elderly persons.

Perfect location, beautiful room and very helpful staff.

Location was very good. Felt very safe. The hotel is near the sea so you can walk alongside with a beautiful view to Vesuvius. Lot of street food/gelato and shops nearby. And the metro Mergellina station was about 5-7min walk. You can go to the beach at Bagno Elena which is about 15 min walk. According to Google its a paid beach but it was free to enter on the day we went so not sure, however bear in mind there was no changing area or any toilets. The room was good and clean. The breakfast in the bistrot was great and the owner Luca was very friendly. Also Antonio the mastropasqua owner was great. Nothing was too much for him. The Aircon in the room is very handy as it was very hot so if u are going there in the summer time make sure you have this on. The hotel is near the main street and as we found out it can be really noisy at night when You trying to sleep even with all the windows and balcony doors closed. Make sure you have earplugs!!!!!

A little smelly /humidity

The location was perfect, easy access to everything I needed. Clean quiet room, very comfortable bed beautiful view out the window and easy access to the building and Antonio was readily available to answer any questions I may have had. I would recommend his place 5 stars

The place had a unique style, was cozy, quiet area, close to the sea A little bit too crowded for 4 people

The position is really nice closed to the lungomare Caracciolo and with good services near by The property is really nice and cleaned a bit small and no much space to open a big luggage but in general very nice

Fantastic place ! Well situated, oozing with charm and character Antoine and his team in the Bistro below go above and beyond to make you welcome.We took the option half board and how right we were . After a long day running around all the sites and attractions Antoine spoilt us with an evening meal of local specialties to die for ! Thank you once again ! An absolute pleasure to stay somewhere that actually cooks for you apposed to the normal Hotel Buffet rubbish ! Everything was perfect !

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were just stopping in Naples for two night to visit pompei but wanted somewhere nice to stay. We were not disappointed. We had the deluxe junior suite which has the incredible duel aspect windows with a stunning balcony. It was perfectly clean and comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was very comfortable, bedding very clean and crisp and felt luxurious. I loved the bathroom and huge rainfall shower and if I could have fitted it in my case I’d have taken the big yellow chair home!! Not many rooms actually match their pictures but this was better. Antonia our host was very attentive and Maurizio who provided our transfers was super at communicating and getting us to the airport safely. The area is beautiful and felt very safe, the views over the bay is spectacular and a lovely stroll. Although not connected I have to mention the restaurant just below which we ate at twice and had a true taste of Napoli. I wish I’d taken the waiters name (he’d lived in England and spoke perfect English) because he was fantastic and made our experience just delightful. I would absolutely stay here again and will definitely return in a few years with my family. Nothing!

Friendly and informative host. Answered all of our questions and does a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and coffees.
