Well appointed rooms with daily cleaning and comfortable linens. .breakfast coupons for a nearby café were great. Horrible internet. Most of the electrical sockets did not work well. The room refrigerator never worked. Television service would have benefitted from even limited foreign language selections, especially news. Exeternal photos really out of date. Loud noisy market every day at front door. Night area infected with drug users.

Breakfast was really nice and the coffee place to enjoy this is in 5 min walk. The room was comfortable, good size and good for me on short trips. The kitchen is well equipped and usable. The staff helped with booking transfer for early flight on departure and the excursion recommended for Pompeii/ Vesuvius was really nice. The bathroom needs a little refreshing as the shower wall was not great and maybe a simple shower curtain will do best. The TV was not possible to be plugged in, so not sure if it was working. The output near the fridge was really hard to use, so we used the fridge in the kitchen area.

Overall a good value choice and a cheap taste breakfast. The cleaning could be better and the window better insulated by the noise.

Location was good if you can ignore the street happenings. Cost effective Broken fridge. Broken kettle. Very smelly. Very loud.

I could not give this a rating that bad. Rats fleas bugs. The only star with any luck is a falling star landing on it. The homeless in doorways have it lbetter. Heroin addicts injecting. Rats rubbish dog featas all over. I got pics and film will not post on here as booking. Com will still take the hotels side. Collecting revenue. I share on Facebook.

We did not like anything. People were doing drugs outside the property. When we asked the host for a refund because we did not feel safe he did not respond for a long time and when the host responded, he acknowledged the drug problem in the area. There needs to be pictures of outside the property so that people can make informed decisions. When we reached out to Booking.com, they were not helpful.

Very good

The property was in a the heart of the old Naples. It was a bit of a surprise at how dirty the streets are and the condition of the buildings all around the area. Turns out the whole of Naples downtown is like this. It took a while to see that the area was just fine and safe. The market vendors set up every day right outside and there are plenty of little stores close by with friendly staff. Very close to the metro and train station. Lots of places to eat. The “lift” or elevator coast 0.20 euros. Not a huge amount but making sure that you have a coin is needed. We always walked down and rode up. The mini fridge did not work but there was a big fridge in the common area. No toilet seat but that seems to be a thing in a lot of places we have been at. The breakfast is a bit of a walk from the place and is a coffee and a croissant. That being said, it was really good.
