Great!!!

Some of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, although not everyone provided the same level of service.

超大型ホステルで部屋も広いし、朝ごはんもエスプレッソマシンもあり最高でした！冷房もあります！！シャワーのお湯も問題なし！！ シャワー室は、着替える場所が床べちゃべちゃ系ですがまあそれくらいです。

They well prepared for everything! Food and restaurant recommendations! The location a bit scary

The owner was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The bed was hard. It was shocking to see the amount of trash outside the building.

The hostel is located very close to the central train station, which is convenient for transportation. However, travelers should be aware that the surrounding area is unsafe, particularly at night. Unfortunately, I was robbed on my first night in Naples while sleeping in the room of the hostel. While this was not the hostel's fault and the staff did their best to help me afterward, the incident was traumatic and affected the rest of my stay. I was robbed while I was asleep in the room in the hostel on my first night, which was a deeply upsetting and traumatic experience.

The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The receptionist took the time to explain how to get around the city and return to the hostel, which I greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing significant. I had a very pleasant stay and was happy with the accommodation and service.

Lots of toilets for the amount of guests, and the goggle maps lists with the sights and recommended restaurants is cool! -

The street can feel insecure but is really close to Garibaldi station. Besides, you can walk a bit to be in the centric part of Napoli, so it was good.

The neighbourhood was so dirty and dodgy. I just mentioned about it to the manager/owner guy upon my checking in. Then he yelled at me and called me Nazi repeatedly. As a result, I was forced to cancel the booking and he kicked me out. I felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious during this experience. Luckily I found another hostel right away with more affordable rate and was located in a safer area. I also found that he put rubbish inside my passport after I left there. His attitude was terribly aggressive and disrespectful.

The hostel itself was a great place to stay even though the surrounding area may give another idea. But it was pretty safe.

I really liked location near to everywhere train, bus and metro stations. Bed was little bit shaking

Kitchen not accessible 10:30-2:30 daily. nor the dining room, nor your room.

Location, location, location has been true forever. Near the trains and buses, easy to get anywhere. That alone makes it worth the stay, but the kindness and knowledge of the staff puts it right up there with my favorite places. Didn’t notice anything.

1- hostel is in central area 10 min walk only to bus and train station 2- Mr Alfred is nice man he makes my trip to Napoli more than amazing give me tips where and how to move 3- clean place 4- nice common area where you can meet another travelers 5- good breakfast Only thing I don't like the man in night shift was not kind with Me when I use the kitchen maybe because language barrier he don't speak English but at morning he was good so my overall experience is more than amazing At the end special thanks for Mr Alfred for help and nice hospitality
