We felt comfortable during the stay and the self check in process was easy to follow. Our host was really helpful during the stay and we communicated easily. The location was close to the train station, indeed it's nice to have the proximity, tho the area might seem unsafe a bit at night (we did not have any problems, but it's good to be aware) We'd definitely recommend this property!

the property per se (interior) is perfect, it has everything, from kettle/fridge to storage room, it’s very clean and the self check in is super convenient and allows u to enter and leave whenever u want. also it’s super clean the area is terrible, it’s extremely noisy even at night, and just sketchy overall. as a young girl i wouldn’t go there by myself

The apartment was clean and located close to the center. The host is very nice and helpful.

The room inside was well furnished. Neat and clean. The property manager was nice she remained in contact. The location outside the property is a big shock. You feel like as if you are in a slum. So many weird people outside all the time feels so un safe. You cannot come back late in such a street. Many people fighting and speaking loudly through out stay. Especially one female kept fighting for two days with loud noises. Maine gate to apartment entrance is also a bit haunted. Lastly its “not a hotel” its an airbnb type of property.

The property was so comfortable with the very good working air conditioner , property was very clean and they have very friendly staff who guides you very well. They also provided free snacks and the room was very spacious. Everything was good. No negatives

Best place on history center Napoli.

This place was great! It was about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and easy to find. The host was easy to contact and the room was cleaner than anywhere else we stayed during our 3 weeks in Italy. We were impressed. Hot water, A/C worked, and WIFI well. Plenty of food options within 5 minutes of walking. We had some complications with the booked taxi through the host. Fortunately, a few taxis were waiting out in the taxi lane towards the train station when we had to leave (3 am) and the airport is only a 10-minute drive or so.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was clean and tidy. The communication with the manager was excellent. We highly recommend this place.

The room are nice and clean. The self check-in was easy and not complicated. Near Train station, Supermarket and 5 min walk to L‘Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. The hotel located in a not so nice alley, which could be quite dangerous if you walk to or from hotel to somewhere at night.

Very friendly and helpful host, clean and beautiful room, BED WITH AN AMAZING MATTRESS thank to which we could enjoy a lot of sleep and rest. The only downside to this stay were very noisy neighbors.

Clean room, easy check-in, great location, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, big supermarket in the area :) great contact with the owner via WhatsApp , Simona is really helpful and will give you great advise where to eat best Italian food in Naples :) good place to stay over the weekend!
