Not mich Too cramped and sterile

Clean, centrally located and spacious. Plenty of room for two adults and two children to get ready for bed and get up in the morning. Breakfast was delicious with lots of pastries, yoghurt or fresh made sandwiches or pancakes or waffles.

The location was perfect, close to the ferry port and train station as well as the historic downtown. We liked the roof terrace and the size of the room. The shower was hot and the towels were nice.

Great location, very kind and professional staff, comfortable rooms, and the quiet street. Don't miss the delicious Italian sweet breakfast at the accomodation. Greatly recommend!

Good location, you can walk everywhere and there is the marine and a bus station really close to the airport. Also the room was really nice and clean. Nothing, was all good!

This is a great find in a perfect location to explore Naples. The hotel is between the harbor and the old town, in a small street, 20 min walking from the train station, three minutes to the bus stop to the airport, 10 min to the ferry pier to Capri, and 15 min to the heart of the old city but in a quieter road. The place itself is pristine, with modern, ample rooms, good isolation, modern bathroom, a small fridge, some facilities, and even a bit of sea view from the balconies. The personnel are professional and welcoming. We had the optional breakfast two of the three mornings and it was quite good for a very reasonable price. Overall, an example to any B&B hotel of how it should be done. I can't think of any negative points, and I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone for a short or long visit to Naples. Nothing - it was all perfect. The only minus point I can think of is that the elevator is tiny and you still need to walk up some stairs to reach it, so if you have mobility problems this hotel can be challenging.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the service was non-existent. No one helped with our luggage, and although we were already running late, nobody offered any assistance or even basic courtesy. But the worst part? They charged us without explaining anything — and when we asked what was going on, the woman at the front desk just shouted at us. No explanation, no respect, just yelling. We weren’t informed of any procedures, no one followed up with us, no one called or woke us up — nothing. We were completely ignored until it was time to pay. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. Just rude behavior and bad service. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. This place does not deserve your money.

Separate bed area, good shower, nice bath products, loved the big towels, detailed guide for late check in AC was not very strong, no space in mini fridge for my water, extra bed was not very comfortable, reception did not open on time, luggage storage was not secure

The location. The bed was hard as a rock. Room very small. The shower walls had a lot of soap scum. There was paint peeling from the right hand corner above the shower area. The floor near the lift in the first floor was not clean. Very limited breakfast. Would have been better off with the breakfast option.

The location is good, close to the center and to the bus for the airport. Modern room, good size. Self check-in because the reception closes at 20h. Breakfast was poor, mostly sweet options. Access to the reception has some dangerous steps right behind a door: dangerous, in spite of the warning sticker (only in Italian, if I remember correctly)
