Staff Location bathroom

We have an 8 year old. We asked if we had to pay extra fee and they did not answer to that message but when we arrived they asked us to pay to the full price of the room(the discount of booking was not taken into consideration) and an extra 30 euro. We went from 44 euros(with discounts) per night to 83.50 euros. Also, they don't have breakfast but have a contract with a street coffee shop across the street from them.

- The location is very close to the port and the city center. - The room was cleaned every morning. - The apartment is basically a flat divided into several separate rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, but the plumbing is very poorly done. We had two rooms and both constantly smelled like sewage. - The shower in one room was broken, so we had to shower using only the hose. - Although breakfast is included in the price, it consists of a croissant and a coffee in a small street café across the road. There is no indoor seating, only cold chairs outside under an umbrella, which is very uncomfortable in colder weather or when it rains. - The apartments are on the 5th floor and the elevator often doesn’t work, so you have to use the stairs.

The location was good for one night. Very loud and in a busy section. Easy chess to transport to the airport and stations The pictures on the website did not match what we got.

The room was very clean, a great size and had everything you'd need for a short stay in Naples. Very centrally located and ideal for the nightlife in the old town area or getting to the harbour. The hosts were very informative with local information and recommendations. Will stay again when passing through Naples.

I stayed there 2 nights and on my first night, I had a problem with the bathroom smell, mosquitos and the moisture in my room. However, I contacted the property and they immediately changed my room. They are very nice people who took care of this situation carefully. They even offered me a pizza as an apology. My new room was superb. The beds are comfortable, and the bedsheets are clean. The bathroom was clean, so as towels. After changing my room, they even put a mosquito plug. The place is located in a very convenient area. 10 minutes walk to the main street. 10 mins to the port and just downstairs there is a metro entrance. Breakfast was only croissant and a coffee downstairs so this should be a bit improved with variety of options.

The location could not have been more perfect for our honeymoon, right by the metro and in the city center next to many great shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. The staff were so helpful, kind, reliable and had phenomenal communication throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the wooden stairs going to the bathroom were a bit shaky and we were always having to tread lightly to use the toilet.

great communication and really nice staff! amazing, big, comfortable room! great system for luggage storage on early checkin and late checkout. exceptional location, just next to Universita metro station (easily connected to the central train station, where you can find buses to the airport) and a short walk from the port. i would certainly stay there again! thank you for the amazing stay! they don't allow food in the rooms, but since it was a short stay it wasn't a problem at all for me.
