Very centric There was no internet my whole stay, no ventilators and you have to wait a lot to use the bathroom

The owner isnt always around. Sometimes you have to wait, and that's if you have access to calling. To check in, or to collect your luggage.

The host was rude and tried to scan me taking all the conversation to what's app. Fist they spoke English and when I told then we should have the conversation on booking.com then they spoke Italian and said they can not speak English.

I liked only the location of the apartment. The landlord was rude. In fact, everything in the apartment should be shared. But he didn't even want to give us hot water, a knife for bread, etc..

Centrally situated. Ok for a last minute sleep over I guess. The Owner was sweet. I would not return. The facilities require some urgent attention.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the old city which is why I booked in. As soon as I got there I could have cried and wanted to book a flight home. The staff were abrupt and often unfriendly. The bedroom had no windows and smelt absolutely terrible. The toilet and one shower were reached by crossing the public living space which was also used as the hotel owner's personal living space. I dreaded going back there at night! I would not recommend this hotel.

The owner is a very nice man. Unfortunately, the room didn't look anything like the photos. The room is very old and needs redecorating. I had a room with a bunk bed which was not as stated in advert. The linen was also old. The separate bathroom and toilet was always clean but also needs regeneration. Also the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbours very clearly. The very positive thing about this B&B is the location, it's really good with great restaurants and bars around.

Nothing It was horrible and they borrowed me 9€ for the stay the said , after I’ve paid , hate the place as it is full robbers and drug dealers, the room was so tiny hated the place, they don’t even have a hairdryer or a iron for the cloths

1. Location it is in the center of Napoli 2. Price, really cheap - ideal for the students, solo travelers/backpackers who want to save money 3. Host is really nice

The room was nice and clean ,it was a big bedroom and toilets were also good. They took 20 euro from me for late check in ,it was said to be 5 euro in their website and on the top of that collected another 20 euro from me during the check in. Also they didn't provide any electric kettle for heating water .
