Location is good starting point to explore the city. However, that is perhaps the only good thing about this property. The host is obviously trying to game the system. Local tourist tax is NOT included in the price, it has to be paid extra in cash. This is not an appartment, but just one room in larger appartment. Breakfast was very symbolic (few packaged items from supermarket). The kitchen is shared with other rooms an it is lacking almost all facilities, except coffee maker and microwave. The location is VERY noisy at weekends, even with windows closed there is no sleep at night. While the room was quite clean, the maintenance is very "italian": the shower barely works, pieces are falling apart, the toilet flushing jammed. Overall, the bathroom is so small that I could barely turn around without hitting something and there is no ventilation.

i had breakfast each morning but not in the room. i ventured out and was pleasantly satisfied. both marco and rosella were wonderful hosts and always answered any questions i had regarding the location and places to visit, shop and eat. i highly recommend staying here and i will do so on my next visit. everything was entirely satisfactory.

Great location right by a bunch of book stores. The property was very clean and very sweetly decorated. The response from the host when needed was great. The place to store our bags after check out at a reasonable rate (compared to outside bag storage) was appreciated. The big bed and pillows were super comfortable! The second bed was more cot like than expected so it made noise when my daughter would turn or shift and the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as the big bed. It would have been nice to store the bags for free as an added service.

The room was clean and well decorated, the location is really good. The host is really kind and replies quickly. Bad isolation, you hear literally everything from the outside, but also the people opening and closing the entry door. The property of the bathroom.

The room was a self check in, but the owner was really responsive on WhatsApp and gave clear instructions. Rooms were clean and tidy with excellent shower pressure. Brilliant location, just a few steps from the metro station and walking distance to bars, restaurants and museums. Couldn't get the coffee machine in the communal area to work, but didn't report so might have been user error

Very good experience in Rossella's hotel. The room is confortable and the equipments are all available. I recommend!

The room was fine. A little difficult to access due to the keys, but otherwise fine. Good location near museum and many restaurants nearby. It was just that the whole neighborhood went crazy that Friday night and thousands of people were out drinking and partying on the streets right outside the unit until the wee morning hours. I have no idea if this was an annual celebration or an every weekend activity, but it made it hard to sleep and made me reluctant to go for a walk. Next morning broken glass was everywhere in the streets.

Great location, clean room, and great value for money Occasional WiFi drop-outs. Room was small, but I only used it for sleeping so not a problem for me.
