Strange entrance through a shoe store.

Great location, very helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms The entrance is a bit unsettling and a common room would be nice to have breakfast…

The shower water pressure was minimal and the drain was clogged. If the shower experience would’ve been better the overall experience would’ve been better at this hotel.

Very bad and disappointing we lost our money …cause we were obliged to quit and go elsewhere and didn’t get any refund or at least a penalty to be paid they cashed all the value … the hotel is a lie the entrance is a small fake shoe shop u go up the with stairs around a level and half and then u have the rooms with a small reception few rooms and reception leave at 5 if u want come back late u need to open by 2 different keys the shop door the hotel door … its a disaster they dont even help with heave luggages … and the breakfast they bring to room cause they dont have space and even in the room u dont space to eat and what a breakfast one bad quality croissant and a coffee… the bad sheets are dirty the beds old ..no window .the only window was open to a dirty AC and back area which u can’t definitely use…And the worst when we complained to the manager he was very rude and arguing and shouting… the worst place and to ruine your vacation… even booking.com didn’t help cause manly the information showed on the page or the site is completely wrong and very fare from reality… so booking.com has to react on the hotel and posts that should reflect reality not lies …

Proximity to places we wanted to visit. It was very clean. The staff was helpful- called us a taxi and helped us get luggage downstairs to the taxi. Naples is very dirty- lots of trash and graffiti. Maybe it would’ve been better to stay closer to the water? Idk. Other piazzas nearby were equally dirty. I thought Piazza Dante would be nice like the pictures I had seen. See the picture attached with mounds of garbage bags on the right. This was morning and the cleanest time.

I am not sure i did not like it but the entrance to the hotel went through a shoe store.

The people were wonderful-especially Ida and Antonio. The location was perfect and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-cared for. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Naples on a budget.

The location of this property is very convenient , you can walk to the station from here and catch a ferry to Amalfi Coast etc. The owner Antonio was also very nice and helpful. He picked us up and arranged a taxi on the way back to the airport. Thank you, Antonio.

Location to restaurants in the heart of the city.

It is also worth mentioning that the B&B is in the same building as a clothing shop, which came in quite handy for all in our party to find shoes, shirts, etc. at reasonable prices with very friendly service.

It was extremely clean and beautifully designed.

The room is not big for two beds. there have mosquitoes, the gold paint in the bathroom has fallen off, the service is very good. Average

Perfect location directly across from the Metro and walking distance to lots of great places. Perfect location for exploring Naples with little ones. Antonio was so friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in and Antonio arranged a seamless late check-in and airport pick-up (even coming to collect us himself). Great little place, with gorgeous fresh pastries and coffee delivered to the room each morning.

nothing the location cheap - first time in my life to stay in a place with no staff on it - its not a hotel - totaly different than the photo - its not work even a dollar

Great breakfast brought to room, with GIANT pastries. Amazing location, really friendly staff and the gelato next door is the best value and taste we had in Napoli or Rome and we ate a lot of gelato!
