location Everything else was disappointing. The elevator belonged to the building and could not take more than one person at a time. There was scaffolding on the front side, the receptionist only seemed interested in registering guests and I saw him for only two minutes in 24 hours. The building’s doorkeeper would not even provide a taxi number. The room was very small for three people. Everything inside the building was old and badly maintained, with peeling paint.

Great location.

The balcony was great. The room was impeccable and had everything you needed. And the staff was amazing. So incredibly helpful. So far, one of the best experiences we’ve had traveling.

The door key to my room didnt work the second day.

It was lovely. Spacious-comfortable beds-nice shower-great closet space- love the balcony - love the character of the building -close to everything you’d ever want to shop for !! Every need met quickly. Very good communication with manager and staff! One elevator-only two allowed at a time- I didn’t mine the challenge of the stairs, didn’t want to wait since the elevator was slow- others may not want to climb the stairs though - Somewhat noisy since in the city.

The hotel located very nicely. Close to the metro and also in the middle of the pizza district. Around the corner are very nice bars for natural wine and beer! There was a bit of a weird smell in the hotel corridors. On top of that you can hear almost everything within the hotel/streets. But I guess that’s the price you pay for being central.

Loved the apartment and balconies, hosts provided everything we could need. Location was great. We were giving instructions of how to operate the lift(elevator) when it was actually out of service during our stay. From previous reviews it seems that it’s almost always out of service so just needs to be noted for those guests who can’t go up too many flights of stairs.

The room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, it was very noisy day and night. The elevator wasn't working and it was a real challenge to climb to the 4th floor with my luggage.

It was clean and well located A. Our rooms were located in the 3rd floor (86 stairs, equivalent to actually 5th floor) and though they say that they have an elevator IT DIDN'T WORK during our entire 6 days stay! we had to climb those stairs several times each day. They refused to compensate us except for a coffee+croasson in the last day. B. In one of our two rooms the water in the shower weren't hot enough. C. The rooms had some strange smell in them. D. Both rooms are very noisy all day and night long.

Everything. This is a 10/10 place to stay. The staff, the location and the rooms are lovely. My mum is almost 70 and unfortunately the lift didn't work when she was there. That's the only negative on a very positive stay.

Great location and great room The manager was very helpful A little hard to find at first.

Definitely in a convenient location to metro station and port. It was very clean and had a good view. Beds were comfortable and the room itself was warm during the cold days. I could be wrong, but I believe we were supposed to get breakfast and there was no breakfast in sight. Also, you have to schedule to get keys and return keys and carry around a lot of keys. There are several doors to unlock. And the elevator was not working on our last day. So we had to carry down luggage. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble sleeping here as there is a lot of traffic, building noise and nearby music playing all night. Although the doors and the curtains on the windows allow for a very dark room.

Great location, situated within walking distances of Centro Historico, the ports which provide great sea side views and 5min walking distance from all the streets with shops and restaurants on. Simple, clean, spacious and with a very comfortable bed.
