they were able to hold my luggage for the day before my flight and the girl receptionist was lovely is made me feel welcome when i checked in Bathroom: Both shower heads were mouldy so was the seals on the bottom of the shower, toilet hardly flushed and would make a terrible sound when it would and would smell. Bedroom: Very thin blanket/doona (didn’t use it had stains on it and smelt), bed was very hard, air con was in a terrible spot behind the massive cupboard and wasn’t able to feel the air con, windows no blinds, door lock wasn’t very secure i felt unsafe and locked my belongings when i would leave the room. Location: looks dodgy area but is near a train station, not many places for food or drinks Staff: only spoke little english but the girl was extremely lovely and helpful

I really liked the service at the reception. The receptionist, Rosaria, was very pleasant and helpful. the room was noisy, I could hear neighbors from other rooms using the bathroom and people moving in the corridor. The noise started as early as 6 a.m. Additionally, the shutters in the room were closed, which made it very uncomfortable, as it was constantly very dark, even in the morning on a sunny day. There was no drinking water or even a kettle in the room, which is something you would normally expect in hotels.

Property is ten minutes walk from the metro so you can leave the car in the parking and reach the center

We booked a triple room, yet a double room was given. It was only 2 of us so it was fine. Breakfast is quite poor. Room is very old with small shower. Bathroom mirror was broken. No extra pillows in the room. AC temperature was set to a low temperature to be comfortable, otherwise it was warm. Walls are quite thin as well and only a small door lock from the inside of the room. They speak a little English but try and be helpful as much as they can. Staff are very polite. Pictures online of the hotel are different than the room that was given.
