Vomero High Hotel

I liked two things: the hotel had a parking and there was a metro station close enough. There was breakfast included, which could be a plus for many travellers. Nothing major. There was a bit of noise from the street at night. The breakfast was quite dull. The metro station is actually further than a map shows, because of private streets with no passing. But all in all, nothing major to report as a real problem.

Very calm and clean place, nice professional staff, very rich breakfast, quiet street without noise. The room I booked via booking is really really small. You have about 30 cm in between the bed and the desk. If you have a large suitcase; you won’t fit in the room. If you have a backpack and a small hand luggage is fine. Also bed is small, fine for me - I am 150cm tall, I would not recommend for bigger person

Very clean and neat. The staff is amazing and very professional. Nothing. But I suggest to add more items to the breakfast and have a coffee machine in the breakfast buffet instead of asking the waiter to get it from inside. I also suggest to have an extra person in the breakfast room, as 1 person doing all the duties by himself is too much especially if there are a lot of people. The breakfast person was always smiling, very attentive and extremely professional.

The breakfast was top! Very fresh and nicely served. Also, real espresso-not from a bag of coffee syrup out of a machine. The room was very, very clean and comfortable beds. Staff was really excellent, informative and friendly. The location was great because it opened up a new neighbourhood outside of what I had previously experienced from Naples. Honestly, can only recommend this accommodation and I would stay there again.

I had a great stay at Vermora High Hotel. The property was super clean, well-maintained, and offered good value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also a big plus—it’s very close to the metro/train station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The area felt very safe, even when walking around at night. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was just okay and could use a bit more variety.

The staff at reception were amazing, helpful and friendly. The gentleman who served at breakfast was also so lovely! Thank you. The rooms were spotless. The metro is a few minutes walk from the hotel which made getting around really easy.

I recently stayed at Vomero High Hotels for four days while attending a course in Naples, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The managers were incredibly supportive, always ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. A special mention goes to the kitchen staff, who provided great hospitality. He served with a smile, making my experience memorable. I don’t know the names of the staff, but I am incredibly thankful to all of them. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy rooms to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vomero High Hotels to anyone visiting Naples. I will definitely return in the future!

We stayed here the night before our flight. We were able to check-in late and check-out early. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the airport, and offered secure parking for our car.

The room was nice and clean. Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and love the different types of cakes, yummy! Location was good, there were two metro stations close by, 5-10min walk (Rione Alto and Policlinico). Definitely reccomended.

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast room were helpful and kind even if they only spoke Italian. The room was dirty when I arrived (including the bed sheets and pillowcase as well as the fridge). I was given sheets for me to make the bed. But there was dirt everywhere and the next day the room was not cleaner despite the promise to fix this. The breakfast was ok but the overall experience was bad due to being in a dirty room during my two day stay.

In addition, breakfast service was excellent…!! Suggestion: detailed instructions to parking facility would have reduced the stress level of driving UP to the hotel.
