Hotel Lanfipe Palace

Beautiful hotel and great location. Staff was extremely helpful A little hard to find

The location The reception named MARIANA is extremely rude. My aunt is disabled. She was staying at a different hotel and just wanted to use the bathroom in my room. MARIANA at first didn’t allow it and told her to use the bathroom using about 15-20step even when i explained to her that she is 70yrs old, disabled and have issues walking let alone to go up the stairs. When i asked for the manager- the owner was even more rude than Mariana and started yelling at me and said i should leave or they will call the police. You can even look at the cameras unless they delete them already so there is no proof but i was just chilled. The only rude italians that I’ve ever met. All the rest of the Italians are wonderful. This is the 5th year in a row ive been going to Italy and this is the 1st time this has ever happened.

Very close to all the spots you need to visit, very clean and beautiful inside and out. Staff always professional and attentive to all the details and information needed.

The location was great and the room was large and comfortable It was noisy all the time buy at night especially when they started to clean the streets it was impossible to sleep. There was no slippers in the room but according to the description must be

Nice design in rooms and especially the toilet, not small rooms One room is not perfect as it is a two-floor and the bedroom is on top-level without windows. It can be not convenient. . I prefer to sleep in room with windows. And also the staircases to get to this bedroom can be for someone a problematic. But it is not really bad.

Nice hotel with clean and well-equipped rooms. Perfectly located for exploring Naples city center — close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. Great value and comfortable stay. Complicated entry process — three separate intercom calls (yard gate, building door, and hotel door) were needed to get in.

Location Noise from street

The Air conditioner didn't work on a hot day. The front desk clerk claimed must hit some button to make it not work even though she set it when we arrived. After no cold air for 45 minutes I told her itcwas not working. After 90 minutes of asking me to shut it off and restart and then she also restarted at 22:50 she offered me to change rooms. My wife had already turned the lights off and was trying to get to sleep. I told her to give me a credit and she took my credit card info and said she would give me a credit. I wasn't able to get to sleep till 2:30 am because it was too hot in the room with no cold air coming in even though I set it really low temperature. The next morning at 9am I asked the front desk for the credit. She told me it was first day of work and only saw that I was offered a change of room. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he was off that day. I told her I couldn't believe you can't in touch with someone on your first day. I sent an email to info@lanfipepalace,com on August 26 and have not received a reply. I am asking for a refund for the night due to the poor front desk people , no air conditioner at all and the front desk blaming it not working on me. The wifi did not work much in the room also. When I was in the bed the wifi sometimes could not even find the network so the wifi would cut in and out. I had to go near the door to have a good wifi connection. I stayed in the same room at this hotel from booking.com October,2024 and the problems were many this time. The air conditioner did not work. Sporadic wifi in parts of the room, poor staff

Super clean, super accesible, everything is super easy. Receptionists will do everything you need help with!! If this place is available BOOK IT! Its perfect

The rooms and space were pretty and the location is really really great. Close to a vibrant part of the city. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on and there was no way to block the bright light coming from the street all night and then the sun in the morning. Staff were pretty cold and business like. Not very welcoming at all.

The property is unique, located as part of an apartment complex. It is very nice and comfortable. The elevator was a bit of a challenge. Since we arrived on Sunday the large outer door was not open and we struggled to figure out how to get inside.

Location, room and helpfulness of staff were all faultless. Would definitely book again if in Naples.
