It was very safe and secure, everything you might want to see is relatively close. Lucia is the PERFECT owner. She is accommodating and so sweet. Everything from the room to the bathroom is clean. It was overall very good. The walls were a little thin.

Lucia was amazing, so accommodating, kind and she ordered our taxi to the airport. The bed was a bit hard, but I still slept comfortably.

Clean, very good location, reasonable assistance by the owner all amenities avaliable.

The location was fantastic! I found check in to be a difficult process. It is not always staffed, so you have to provide advance notice of when you will arrive. I felt like the communication process prior to check in was a little intrusive. I received half a dozen inquiries via WhatsApp about my arrival. I was also told once it was too late to cancel the booking that there was a fee for a late check in. While this makes sense because someone has to stay late, it was frustrating that it wasn’t transparent. It was also cash only which made me feel like it was unofficial and scammy because they didn’t want Booking.com to know because it wasn’t an official policy. I stayed two separate nights about a week apart and had the same experience both times (only had to pay one late check in fee). It had me wondering what would have happened if my flight got delayed or plans changed. I really don’t know if they would have held the room and if they did, they may have charged an exorbitant amount to do so even if it was out of my control. The linens were also stained in the rooms (sheets and towels).

Charming room. Clean, good shower, air conditioning works. Room is big and bright with a balcony overlooking a very busy street. The bed and pillows are quite hard. Otherwise, the room was great. There was no breakfast or coffee to be had despite there being a kitchen, so to call it a B&B seems inaccurate. However, we were given tickets to a coffee shop down the street.

The location is great. The room is clean. The manager is approachable and caring. The WiFi connection was not very stable.
-
Very central location, even if close to the most crowded street in Napoli, the place is quite and we did sleep good. Authentic traditional breakfast in a cafe across the street. Lucia is a great host!

Great position in the city centre, super clean and lovely staff very kind and available. I would likely go back again and recommend. Everything was perfect

Superb

The breakfast is just a croissant with different flavours and water/coffee

The room was very clean and confortable. The woman on charge was very nice and polite. The breakfast was in a cafeteria with a very poor quality in terms of food and cleanliness.

The friendly host was very helpful and came to let me drop my bag off fairly early in the morning. The room was comfortable and the property is in a great location between all of the things you may like to do.

Everything was excellent, from host to accomodation itself. Building is near metro station and also Naples port is relatively near. Brakfast consists of cofee and croissant which is fine but I would prefer salty over sweet pastry. Also natural lighting in the room was poor so you need to keep lights on in the middle of the day. But all of that are minor setbacks. Overall price for quality is great.

The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was included at a nearby cafeteria. Also, the room, toilet and shower was clean. We were given 2 towels per person. We got to store our luggagesi inside the B&B after checkout which was great. The room was in the middle of an old building. So the view was not good. Also, it was not quiet and the air was not great.

Very good

It is convenient that the room has AC because summer days are very hot in Napoli. There are several metro and bus station not far. Breakfast is a “coupon” for one pastry and one coffee at the “Daniele” establishment down the via Toledo - we tried it and decided against returning, thus paying in advance for two breakfast we never took (Daniele is really not suitable). Maybe the manager from the B&B could consider better options.

Location, perfect host, cleanness

The room was clean and nice and Lucia was very welcoming and helpful. <3 The location was perfect for shopping and seeing the city. Everything is within walking distance. Dante's metro station is also 100m from the room. Breakfast was served in a cafe where we got only a cappuccino and a croissant. As Finnish people we are used to healthier (less sugar and fat) and more varied breakfast so we went to eat elsewhere to get for example bread/toast.
