Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location in nice part of town away from tourist area but close enough to walk to nice restaurants and shops.

The views were amazing. The staff was super kind and offered us coffee and pastry for breakfast!

Property appearance was very nice. Manager was extremely helpful. We had an early morning flight departure and he made arrangements for a reliable reservation for a taxi to pick up us at 3 AM for a 6 AM flight. Everything went off without a hitch. Very much appreciated. Bed frame was outdated. Shower area needed to be more well lit. The property is located in Chiaia. More people and food activity in the Spanish Quarter. It really depends what you want to do during the stay.

The location, the cleanliness, the accommodations and the amazing owner. Easy access to great restaurants, the beach, and public transportation. Everything was great!

The breakfast was okay. We loved the fact that it was brought to our room when we failed to show up in the lobby. It showed just how much everyone cared. The location was great. Not to far from the main square but far enough offering peace and tranquility The shower was too small.

Everything! Amazing place to stay in Naples. Nice view from the window, clean, coffe in the morning, water for hot days. Amazing staff, very helpful. Recommendations to stay there. Nothing to mention. Everything was perfect.

The shower was small and didn't drain well. It could be a little noisy when other guests come in and out, but it wasn't much of a problem.

Stayed here for eight days in May. The hotel is in a great location, it’s quiet with easy access to the metro and main streets. It’s a clean comfortable lovely hotel with a fabulous roof garden/ terrace where we enjoyed coffee and pastries every morning. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, made use of the table and chairs by the window overlooking the sea. It’s very good value and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Coffee and rolls were delivered to the room. Very nice. Very strong scent from cleaners used in room.

Personal was very helpful and kind. Rooms are very clean. Only wifi connection sometimes were getting lost, but it was’t problem for us.

The property’s location, staff, and cleanliness are all excellent.

This hotel is so amazing! It is located in a very safe neighborhood and walkable to everything. Raffaele , the manager made me coffee every morning and was so accommodating to help me find places to eat and for Ubers to get to the train station or wherever was going, that was far away. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will always stay here when I visit Naples. The rooms were big and clean and had beautiful views. I have some of my most gorgeous pictures from the terrace here.

Extremely helpful staff, large rooms, beautiful views of sea. Quiet and restful.

We stayed in the family room. The view was fantastic and we could even see the sea! Next to the family room was a nice outdoor seating area where we had breakfast from every morning and admired the view. The staff were very friendly and brought us breakfast to our room (despite it saying no breakfast offered) every morning as soon as they saw we were awake (when I opened the shutters to the room). The shower door had a gap from the wall so the water leaked outside. The bathroom is huge though so we could avoid the small puddle of water and the staff cleaned it up when they made up the room.

Great location. Great outdoor space and views. Excellent value. Coffee and pastry in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in 1 room. Another room the toilet leaked all over the floor. Both couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The showers were extremely small even for Europe. The bed was so squeaky it would wake you up.
