A very good breakfast Staff in the hotel are efficient, helpful & friendly There was a problem with the air conditioning during our stay it did not work. One party in our group had three room changes during a two night stay due the A.C in their bedrooms breaking down The hotel staff were very quick to attend to the problem with the A.C

Close to padre pio Hard bed

It is clean and close to napoli centrale and garibaldi station. The staff were really nice . The street going to that place is made of uneven cobblestones. Its ok if you carry your bags otherwise the wheels of the suitcase gets stuck on tje stone and there are lots of cars parked on the streets so you have to walk zigzag to get to the main street.

The beds were like sleeping on plywood,the pillows had nothing in them you needed at least 4 to sleep with. The breakfast bar is okay but when you r staying the same time as a tour it's a bit much you couldn't get any food because they took it all. They refused to move out of the way waiting for there precious coffee so know one could in to get food. The out side to walk to it at night is real sketchy people hanging out on the side walks trash every where. We definitely didn't feel comfortable walking to the hotel at night.

The staff were very helpful. Emanuel, recommended various restaurants and locations to visit. He was patient and friendly and provided great recommendations!

the location was good with respect to access to restaurants, shopping and airport The room was too hot. Staff was not willing to help one of our guests with her heavy suitcases. She had to manage these on her own even though they originally told her they would help her get her suitcases to her taxi.

The road and alley to the hotel is quite bumpy with stone paving. It's quite challenging dragging luggage to the hotel.

Called the hotel and was told they offered an airport shuttle. Their website also advertises airport shuttle as included amenity. This was false. They said they could call a can or we could walk up to the train station to catch a bus.

The room was very good, the bed was excellent and the pillow fantastic. The hotel was very generous offering tea and coffee for free at the lobby. The patio is beautiful and spacious the room was a bit small por 3 people

Easy to find . Close to the train No fridge no coffee or warm water

This hotel was everything I needed for one nights stay for an early flight the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helped me get a taxi to the airport in the morning. It is very close to the train station which has shops and food ! Only thing that was a little odd to me was the raised shower but it did the job!
