The hotel has a movie theme, so each room is dedicated to a different movie star. Very cool vibe, recommend getting a room with a balcony. We have stayed here many times over the years and never been disappointed Loved everything

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We had a nice ocean view from our balcony. It was in a good location and a very short walk to some amazing ocean front restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value. I would stay there again. There was no lobby, no restaurant and no bar. A very small, bare bones hotel.

Location Hotel under construction and never told us prior to booking the room. Please review pictures. Terrible management , the whole front of the hotel had construction and they didn’t compensate for any of the noise. unprofessionally. Not once did they contact me via email or called my cell phone. Terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

Safe comfortable Great location

The property is good but cannot consider it as a 4* hotel. Conmfortable, clean, very good location, and very nice staff. Breakfast is in a different place, good but not extra.

Nothing This stay was a disappointment from start to finish. Over two nights I was placed in three different rooms, which was disruptive and stressful. The first room had an unpleasant odor strong enough to be unlivable. The air conditioning was not working throughout the stay, making it very uncomfortable. The first night was practically sleepless. Instead of promptly moving us to a new room, the staff spent a long time trying to fix the AC, hesitating to make the decision to change the room — by the time we were finally moved, most of the night was already gone. And the disruption didn’t stop there — the very next morning we were forced to move again to a third room, making it impossible to ever settle in or rest properly during the entire stay. The overall cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Most frustratingly, the property is advertised as 4 stars on Booking.com, but this is simply false. On the door of every room there is an official certificate issued by the public authority that clearly states the hotel is rated 3 stars. This is not an opinion — it is a legal document visible to any guest. Future guests deserve an accurate listing, and Booking.com should verify this. I would not recommend this hotel.

When we arrived, we were accompanied by a black man, very polite and eager to help us. The rooms were on the street, although we had sent a request a few days ago to have rooms with a sea view. We spoke to the gentleman at the reception and he said that they were not available, but he gave us the same type of rooms with a view of another street for which he asked us for 100 euros, without issuing us proof of payment. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is very good, it was cleaned every day, but there is a strong, heavy, nasty smell in the rooms. The hotel is well located. Next time we will definitely choose another hotel.

We could hear kids outon the street late at night but it was Saturday night and we slept through it.

The property balcony has a beautiful view of the sea with amazing sun rises and excellent sun set view. Cornish for a relaxing walk and the breakfast had a lot of sweet treats. The property location is amazing for nature lovers and photographers the only thing is the transit was a big issue as the bus hours were limited, even the nearest subway metro line 6 does not work the whole day. We had to walk a lot to find a bus and all the excellent high rated restaurants are far away and taxi is the only best option. Coming from Napoli Centrale do not waste time in waiting for the bus as we did wait for 1 hour and bus never showed up, please take a taxi - fare you need to negotiate before entering.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel. It felt a little run down. Dark.

Room was very old and badly maintained. The room I booked was supposed to be 21 m square in size but I got a very small room maybe less than 16 m square. Very narrow and very old furniture. Mattress, pillows and linens not comfortable at all. Room cleaning service was not good. Shower very old and weak water flow

The best feature of this hotel is the location and and the breathtaking seaview. The room decor in the movie theme also looks very nice. Curtains in the room where very smelly of old dust. They need to be washed. The breakfast quality and selection went down compared to my past stay. This must be improved for the price we paid. Overall I felt that the increase in price did not match reduction in overall quality of my stay
