Lovely room, lovely view, lovely location to enjoy Napoli Everything was fine. That is why we are returning again.

The hospitality was great! We arrived during a taxi strike and Carmine was great at helping us get back to the hotel when we were having difficulties. The room was great and the shower was comfortable. It was a little bit noisy at night but it was manageable.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the water and Castel dell'Ovo with a view of Mount Vesuvius. A ton of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was beautiful with a great pedestal tub to relax in to end your day. Perfect instructions for easy self check-in.

the room was pleasent, the proximity to the restaurants nearby was good. this is not a hotel. its a serviced room. other than 1 tea bag each 1 x coffee/kettle, there was no facilities, no breakfast available, no staff (except the cleaner), the rooms are on the main road and the youths liked to race past on their motor bikes. very noisy.

Big rooms, nice bath. Good texts ahead of time explaining how to enter building. No breakfast offered, even though it says bed and breakfast in the title. Also, I never encountered a single staff member at the reception. This felt a bit spooky.

The room was clean, spacious and well-furnished. The relais is located near Piazza Vittoria and the promenade, in a well-connected area full of bars and restaurants.

It was somewhat located centrally. Not nearly as central as advertised. My balcony door was literally hanging off one hinge when I got there. I couldn't use the balcony that I paid to have. There was never an employee on sight during my entire stay. Drunk people in the only corridor all times of the night. No instructions to get through the code locked doors to the building nor the hotel doors until I called while locked out. The employee that answered said someone would be at the front desk the next day. There wasn't. Nor was there anyone the next day. The halls are hot. The room takes a while to cool off. The tub leaks quite a bit. The balcony is the smallest thing I've ever seen.
