Hello! I had a great time there. The places is very clean. The bathroom and towels are impeccable and nice. The bed ver comfortable and very clean sheets. I love the terrace. Andrea the manager is super friendly and lovely person. The room has all you need to feel comfortable. They are very generous with the pastries and tea. The location is very convenient to the metro station Museo and Cavour( they are together-connected) it makes much easier your transportation) it’s like 3-5 minutes away from the building across the avenue Foria). I highly recommend it. I will come back to Nápoles and stay in this lovely place. Thank you very much Andrea!!

The location was incredibly convenient, placing me right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the Museo Cappella Sansevero. It served as a great, central base for visiting the Pizza Village and exploring the local food scene without needing much transport. The rainy weather during the stay made it difficult to find budget-friendly indoor activities since many of the major attractions felt overpriced. It was a bit disappointing to skip landmarks like the Underground or the Castle because the entry fees didn't seem worth it given the conditions.

the best is the location. Close to historic center and all sightseeing (in walking distance). Also good connected to public transport. Airport is also not far. There was a nice big balcony (not only for that apartment but still) Basically we stayed in 2 different apartment. In the first it to be some unpleasant smell (maybe from the bathroom. It was also too much noise from the street traffic. The second was more quiet and ok so overall note is mostly due second apartment. There could be some more facilities in the rooms. Although mentioned Tea/Coffee Maker in All Rooms , it was none. Not even glasses. Also city taxes appear somehow tricky in the second tool where you register (after you reserve). In Booking it says "all taxes included" but not really.

After finding the accommodation, having made our way among the labyrinth that appeared to be a semi-disused medical facility we found the foyer quite charming and the man who greeted us polite. No way of ensuring privacy in the evening because curtains were see through and the shutter could not be closed. Sheets didn’t fit properly so came loose in the night. Pillow lumpy. Shower filled up with water. Almost none of the advertised facilities were available. No coffee machine. Had to ask for a kettle which was removed from another room and given to me. A B&B with no breakfast. No fridge (was advertised as having one). The pictured balcony had to be accessed via a locked gate that was very difficult to open and created such a noise that a neighbour came out in a panic and was worried we might not shut it properly and someone would break in. Would never go again and would never recommend to anyone. Note, all my other reviews have been positive. This place is not even remotely as advertised.

Had a hard time finding the hotel and had to climb 2 floors, but the staff helped carry our luggage up.

Amazing place, very good place for value! was traveling solo, but felt completely safe in the area. The staff is so helpful. And the terrace with the view to the one of the main streets in Naples will stay in my memories for a long time?

Host was incredible and very helpful, loved the room and balcony, great location Some minor repairs needed but did not affect the quality of my stay

Booking promised a refund for over a month, still no sign of it. Be cautious.

Near airport, very central but quiet, nice terasse, nice price Not very trustworthy elevator the interior of the building was somehow crazy and confusing, but not really annoying, rather curious

lovely clean stay, a little difficult to find as google maps was confused. it is marked on the wall to the left of the bakery, so read the signs, we did ask in the shops. we were early, lucky for us we met the person on duty was going out the door otherwise we would have had to wait for our meeting time as there is no one on permanent duty. area is safe, supermarket and bakery downstairs. direction to station centrale 20min, has 5 euro pizza bargain along the way difficult to find, pay your tourist tax beforehand. the fact that there's no one on duty and we had no mobile data. if u need anything leave a note on the desk. didn't top up tea during stay. no answers to my messages via the booking.com website.

The area may be little noisier for some, anyways we didnt have a problem to sleep as we were super tired after lots of traveling and walking.

Beautifully central and very safe! The room was lovely! Andrea the b&b host came and found us because we got a little bit lost and showed us our room and explained all the facilities available! We had a lovely big outdoor terrace! Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Great location, with a grocery shop near by. The host was also great.

The room had nice balcony contected to wide tarace. At the request we got a kattle and mugs and the wine opener. We had to wait for the host 20 min in front of the gate even though at his request i wrote sms half hour before the arrival. The host himself seemed to be drunk, but kindly introduced as to the facility. Even with closed window noise coming day and night from the street is very disturbing. The fridge was in the room but out of serwice ? House itself was making strange noises - we couldnt guess where they are coming from. After using shower very bad smell was coming from the pipes, also on the ceilling of the bathroom r visible mould stains.
