The jacuzzi in the room, the beautiful balcony and the great view The way in and out is a bit of complication. I am just don’t know how the evacuation plan would look like in case of emergency (fire, etc.)

The location was close to the historic district and the museum. Better directions to the location.

Beautiful view! Giant tub for no reason but still fun! Breakfast every morning :) Needs to be repainted. Some mold spots around.

Excellent location, clean boy is very friendly and very service oriented. I saw someone commented about the noise for rooms facing the street during the night. I was a bit worried as I am a light sleeper, but I slept very well and did not hear the noise at all. You have to carry the luggage one floor which is not very convenient. Other than that all is good.

Location and the breakfast was delicious It was hard to get to the place the elevator and long hallway

Was an excellent location. We were able to walk straight into the historic center of Napoli. Was easy to find and the property was perfect for our short stay. The hostess was amazing. She really helped a lot with some great recommendations and even booked us a cab for the next morning. Communication with her was easy and she always responded quickly Only issue was the shower leaked quite a bit but otherwise there was nothing wrong with our room or the property

Breakfast was wonderful! We wish that we can use the elevator from the very first floor.

Check in was difficult, location was hard to find. Wifi not working. Hallway and lift were scary and had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to them.

One small suggestion—while the breakfast was good, it was a bit minimalistic. A wider variety of options would make it even better.

The place was cute, well located close to everything, but what stood out was the service we had a bit of an issue with the shower and it was fixed asap, not an issue.

The view is great. And the staff is kind. When we arrived, we had to carry our very heavy bags alone one floor because the elevator is located at the 2nd floor. Also, the room floor wasn’t clean when we arrived, it had food leftovers.

Great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, neat, and exactly as described. The owner was fantastic at communicating and made check-in and our overall stay very easy. Highly recommended! The morning included something like a croissant and a coffee (your choosing) We did not know for an extra tourist tax which was payable only in cash, but I guess it was a common thing in Italy

Perfectly located close to the old part of the Naples; Metro service is just around the corner. Room was nicely equipped with a balcony and sea-view. Breakfast was served to the room and tasted great. It was a lovely Napoli experience in the center of the city.

The location is very near most of the spots we wanted to visit. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It can be noisy at times but not to the point that prevent us from having a good night sleep

The staff was very friendly and polite! The location was very convenient, close to the center There are many restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building I expected a better view from the window, from this room the view was only if you go out onto the balcony and look to the side

Excellent location, close to metro stations, in the heart of beautiful neighborhoods of Naples. Great view from our balcony to the Rione Sanita area. The room was very spacious, the mattress was so comfortable and the breakfast served in the room in the morning really made the difference! The stuff was very kind and helpful. It's totally recommended!

The accomodation was near everything. I could walk everywhere and if I wanted farther away was the metro Museo near. Nice to have a balcony.

Location. Close to the metro station Cavour. Stayed for three nights ,unfortunately.Horrible building! Creeping experience entering ..you have to walk up the stairs to get into an awfully dirty elevator taking you up the twelfth floor. Room rather decent,but horrible traffic noise day and night.Absence of toilet cover. Entering the room there's a nasty smell all around- realised it was coming from the plastic over -the head part of the bed. Stained bed throw. The worst ,breakfast! On the first morning we ordered coffee and some croissants. They were inedible....just raw dough ,under baked ! Coffee was served in cracked mugs and paper cups ( espresso). İn the second morning ,we got coffee only,in the third we didn't bother and went to a cafe nearby for having something decent. Nasty experience: the kitchen where they prepare " breakfast" is connected-no door- with the toilet where they wash the mugs! İn the same place they keep the linen!!! For a place that charges more than 100 euros/night it is UNACCEPTABLE! The whole stay ruined my vacation massively. To be avoided.
