Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff The entrance to the the hotel located on the street filled with the market which didn't make a good impression. The door to the hotel is closed by default and only opens by staff after visual validation of you. The location is convenient, but filled with a lot of police, some of them in military uniform with automatic rifles, I believe they have been there for a reason. We didn't expect to see such picture in the center of the city. We got a room on the first floor, but the balcony door was broken, was fixed after talking to the staff. Then we found out that all water from the sink is dripping on the floor in the bathroom. After that we have been moved to another room, however before that we've been told that there are no other free rooms. Time from time there was sewer smell in the bathroom of the new room. And as a bonus almost two hours blackout.

Close to train station The noise from outside people screaming all hours of the night The cleaning staff left our door unlocked 2 days in a row and staff at front desk said that they probably wanted to get early. We don’t think this is up to standards luckily nothing was missing as other guests could have entered our room

There was a slight sewer smell in our room.

The affability of the reception staff and the breakfast team! The entrance to the hotel was.a bit stressful due to the presence of street people. The reception area is a bit small. Little room for luggage.

The staff were incredibly kind and let us extend our stay a few hours for free. I can’t lie, the room was not very clean, and the location was not great either. But the stay overall was really really convenient and pleasant.

The biggest selling point of Sant'Angelo Suites is undoubtedly its location. It is situated right next to the Garibaldi train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Napoli or catching transit. Additionally, the customer service was good. The staff made the experience smoother, which helped balance out some of the property's shortcomings. As for the price, it was fair—I guess it matches the quality of the stay, so you get what you pay for. The size of the room was okay. It wasn't overly spacious, but it was perfectly adequate for two people to move around comfortably for a short stay. Quality Leaves Much to be Desired While the hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, it definitely is not a 4-star hotel. The overall quality and maintenance leave a lot to be desired, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. There were noticeable stains on the provided towels as well as on the bed sheets. The fixtures look heavily worn out. The sink faucet had prominent limescale buildup, grime, and rust spots.

Our room was clean I did not feel safe with the surroundings even during the day, but specially at night. I barely walked around the area just made a right at the end of the block and just walked 2-3 blocks thats it.

The staff was really good. Reception and dining room.

Not bad for a night close to the train station. Cordial staff. Quite clean (not perfectly). Not very clear where the entrance is by looking at Google Maps. The shower booth leaked some water on the floor.

What has been created within the walls of this building is truly extraordinary. The room size we used was generous. The ac was very effective in the room, decent size bathroom hthe shower size was small but usable. Good breakfast range of choices in the basement. The location was almost next door to garibaldi station, giving access across this part of Italy. Hop on hop bus stop no. 7 nearby. Plenty of dining options in nearby streets and piazzas. The reception is manned 24 hours. Good clean living. The street vendoring outside should not put you off using the hotel/suites. The small shower cubicle in our room, slippery floor.

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Conveniently located right next to Naples train station. Luigi, the front office manager was wonderful. Extremely helpful, fun, pleasant and a great sense of humor. He immediately took care of an issue I raised and furthermore apolized with a bottle of wine. Amazing service and hospitality. The area around the train station is somewhat sketchy, however there is a large police and military presence, so I never felt unsafe or concerned.

The hotel front office staffs were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the waitress for the breakfast was not very friendly and rude. There should have a coffee machine rather then asking the waitress because it takes a while to order and bring the coffee.

My experience at Sant'Angelo Suites was absolutely unacceptable and dangerous, making it impossible for me to enjoy my vacation. While I was using the shower in my room, the sliding glass door suddenly shattered into a thousand pieces without any warning, due to poor maintenance—it was badly fitted and I was just trying to open it to get out. This caused me several cuts on my leg, hand, and left arm. The subsequent management of the situation was equally serious. The room phone was not working, so I couldn’t even contact reception in a moment of urgency and had to go out myself to seek help. Eventually, it was the cleaning staff who assisted me as best they could. The hotel provided no medical assistance, did not offer to call an ambulance, and in general, was completely unprepared to handle such a situation. Oh, but they did very kindly tell me exactly where the nearest clinic was in case I wanted to get treatment… This incident completely ruined my stay, both because of the injuries and because of the overwhelming feeling of insecurity. Beyond the correct and kind treatment from some employees (thanks especially to the attentive cleaning lady), what happened demonstrates a total lack of maintenance, absence of basic emergency protocols, and even a lack of empathy.

Convenient location. Good restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast room is crowded and food offerings not great. Showers in rooms are up a couple steps and flood the bathroom.

Everthing was ok, frendly staff, easy to go at airport with direct bus line and close to metro and train station.
