Location to train station good. Location in Naples area not good…but most of that area is scetchy..not like waterfront area. Breakfast is pastry and coffee at nearby resturant which had great service and a great ambiance. Watch for pick pockets is a real thing here. Metros are crouded and it don’t take much to get you phone lifted. Even though you can track it it’s a REALLY sketchy are where they go. Police can’t do much and filing police reports is difficult if not impossible. We tried 3 different police stations and the final one “central” was closed that day. ?

The location was easily accessible and right in the centre, 2 mins walk from Napoli centrale station. The room was clean and you have all you need for a good stay there. Self check in was smooth and I got a small terrace which is shared among other rooms. I would recommend this place. The location is good but similar to most of the Naples, it is old building. Area is safe but at night, it does get a bit quiet. They provide breakfast from a Cafe downstairs but it is just a croissant and a coffee which I think is a small add on, however the staff at the café didn't particularly seem welcoming.

With the discount I got ! It was the best value for I paid ! Very close to centrale , very clean, comfortable and very helpful staff

Na Speechless for how much dirt is from the main entrance all the way until the end of the corridor, inside the room no dirt , toilet doesn’t flush

Centrally located. Walked there and back from main plaza. Location did not feel safe. Up dirty alley across from garage dumpsters. 3 homeless men slept on sidewalk walk at night. Did not feel safe to be out after dark.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is conveniently a block away from the train station. We used the coupons for a free coffee & pastry at the shop around the corner. The vending machines had a nice supply of drinks and sundries. The staff gave great directions via WhatsApp. There are vagrants in the area lying around on the street. They were harmless but not the most pleasant to see.

The room is really fantastic!! (Very clean, comfortable, safe and convenient price-wise). It’s about 10 minutes walking from the train station which is súper hand if you’re traveling by train or bus. The price also includes breakfast which is served in a restaurant around the corner, quite convenient to start your day without having to worry about finding a place to eat. Everything was super clean, tidy, the bed has very comfortable, and the AC worked just fine to deal with the summer temperatures. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Naples.

The owner answers quickly to texts and gave me all the information before my arrival. The room is very comfy, I highly recommend

The room was great. Cool having a balcony. Only issue was the air codintioning leak I have a huge recommendation in regards to staff. A “please do not disturb sign” option for the door would serve the hotel. It not only lets housekeepers know when to enter for cleaning and when not to, but also allows for stayers to enjoy their own privacy (as having to shout “busy” is a rather uncomfortable experience and responding a sudden knock on the door). Furthermore, I suggest leaving cleaning time to be in accordance to when the “do not disturb sign is off” as opposed to solely the mornings, as this allows housekeepers to enter the room without any worries of intruding. Thank you

Rug in the entryway of the room was absolutely disgusting. So many stains. If you are going to have a rug you need a good carpet cleaner. Otherwise get rid of the rug!!! Bedspread was either stained or dirty as well. Disappointed overall in what we got.

Staff were friendly and helpful , and the room was perfect for a city break with a comfortable bed,great shower and just situated right for a 2 min walk to the metro or the train station.
