Location wasn’t great , can’t walk at night , lot of homelesses

The view and location The hotel itself was fine. The room was comfortable, the view was exceptional, and the location near the central station was exactly why I chose to stay here. Unfortunately, the customer service before my arrival was very disappointing. There was no clear information during the booking process or in the hotel’s welcome email that a late check-in after 11:00 p.m. would incur an additional charge. I was only informed of this two days before my trip, after everything had already been paid for. When I asked for clarification and requested to speak with a manager, I struggled to reach anyone in a management position. I was simply told that I had to pay the fee or arrive before reception closed at 11:00 p.m. As a solo female traveler, being told that my alternative was effectively to be outside late at night if I didn’t pay for a charge that had never been disclosed in advance was extremely unsettling. I’ve stayed in many hotels and hostels over the years and have never encountered a late check-in fee that wasn’t clearly communicated before booking. My stay itself was fine, but the way this situation was handled caused unnecessary stress before my trip and left me with a very poor impression of the hotel’s customer service.

Fresh & cooked vegetables, Breads, cheeses, hams and drinks, everythin is good. Then, the caffe brewed by a staff was very nice.

Good air conditioning and great staff. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was strong. They are upgrading.

Property was nice and the outdoor facilities were excellent. Rooftop bar and restaurant was a nice way to spend some time and use the jacuzzi. Room was also nice and having daily cleaning was really nice touch. Elevator was a plus. Breakfast choices were great even though we stayed for 4 days and the choices were the same, yet we enjoyed. Overall it was really nice. Water in the jacuzzi was cold. Cocktails were below average. We ordered few different and most of the time we wouldn’t drink them. Also, service was inconsistent. While ordering drinks finger snacks were provided such as chips. Out of 3 days we only got once while we would see other guests were given. It’s the principles that counts. I’m not sure why service was selective however this contributed negatively towards our experience. We ordered food for dinner once and because of the service and bad quality cocktails we decided to have a drink outside and enjoy the food elsewhere.

The breakfast is amazing! You can have a really great time here—there’s a hot tub and the view is incredible. The staff are very helpful and attentive. We felt right at home. You won’t even want to stay anywhere else. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. We were extremely satisfied.

Great staff and very helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. Location is very convenient close to central railway station and we could walk to the old part of town in 15 Min. (As in most large cities, the railway station is not in the best part of town.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location for trips to Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and was excellent overall. You could take your food and enjoy it on the top floor while admiring the lovely views of Piazza Garibaldi. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. The beds were reasonably comfortable as well. The building is quite old and has a very small elevator that can fit up to three people. The surrounding area was not the cleanest or most pleasant, but it was practical for getting around the city and visiting nearby attractions. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our entire stay.

The property was close to the subway and train station and had a little market next door. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The roof top terrace is nice, but under construction. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room was spacious. The property is under construction. One of the hot tubs was Luke warm and the other one was not working. The towels were not replaced daily.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the meals and the jacuzzi! It would be good to have sidelights in the room.

Good location. Not too far from Centro Storico and Napoli Centrale. Clean and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious The shower tended to make the entire bathroom floor wet creating a potential safety situation. The decor was a bit odd and felt like a hostel
