Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa

The staff were friendly Location - 30 minute walk to the outer edge of the Old Town. The room was very dark and the terrace was massively overlooked by the surrounding apartments - hence the heavy pvc curtains…ridiculous bath tub on the terrace.

The best part of the stay was the lovely lady receptionist, she took effort to go out of the way. Very pleasant .. explained well, organised a cab at my request, even helped me with a personal requirement where my coat got messed up. Hotel rooms were okay, over looking residential neighbourhoods, coming out to the mainroads, were crowded and a bit chaotic and run down, which is why i felt it wasnt good, though the city centre was a quick 15 min walk, and ammenities around are fine. Beds were okay, mattresses still a bit soft. Bathroom ammenities were nice, and thoughtful. The only hotel I have exp with hygiene wash. I would recommend a bar in the bathtub, to provide support and avoid any mishaps. A fresh coat of paint would be great in the bathrooms as some mould has set in. Breakfast was poor. Breakfast poor. Service person at the breakfast unit was helpful It seems like every hotel in spain has the same breakfast. It was'nt also well organised.. Bathrooms need painting, no one appreciates a bathroom where mould/ humidity impact is seen

It was a very pleasant stay with a spacious and clean room. Breakfast was pretty good.The location was the most remarkable. You can avail all the local transport within a close vicinity of this hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Naples.

Room is fine Limited parking space which we didn’t aware of that and WIFI is very bad signal.

Once we moved into a room that didn't have sewer gas smells it had a decent A/C unit and was large. New room was clean and no sewer gas coming from A/C unit. Scrambled eggs mostly raw. Bit of ham/bacon at breakfast, not fully cooked tho. No orange juice. Seems they tried to be fancy and have 'special' juices but ignore basics.

Close to the hwy, the breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room. A bit far from the metro station

This was nothing like the pictures or description. Room was rather dirty, was a glorified shed. They had lubricant in their toiletries shelf. The bed was not even a real bed. It was a camping mat on a shoddy built frame. Breakfast foods were almost empty and there was still an hour in a half left before it was supposed to be over. This place seemed like it was meant to be an hourly rate type of location. The walls were thin so i had to put in heasphones to not listen to the "romantic getaway" of the neighboring couples. I would have canceled but it was nearly midnight when I checked in and it was too dangerous of an area to wander around looking for other options. And it advertised a shuttle to the airport...no it just called a $30 taxi that then tried to tell me it was going to cost more once i arrived.

Nothing! Horrible place to stay. The bed was made of plastic that had no cushion it was small uncomfortable squeaky horrible bed. The worst experience ever.

They served a decent breakfast and Frederica was very nice. My room was nice and cool upon check in. Hotel was close to a neighborhood located in the lower level and it was centrally located by the catacombs and central city where we had a food tour. They promoted their garden as something beautiful and it wasn’t. Looked like it hadn’t been worked on all year. The lawn chairs were dirty and some looked broken. Basically, not an area for relaxation. We asked for recommendations for a restaurant and we were given one in which we had to take the elevator down to the lower level. I wish the clerk told us the elevator closed at a certain time because we had to find another way to get back up to the upper level which was a hassle because it was pouring rain and it was 20 mins out of the way.

Spotlessly clean Location is a bit of a distance from the center with @15 walk to the nearest metro stop. Almost no nearby restaurants and bordering on a sketchy neighborhood

Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious, and decorations is modern. Hotel is in a bit old house. Room was in first floor, and almost a den. Only window was small and two meters over the floor. Mold was significant in the room and bathroom.we had some allergies in there.

The view, location, cleanliness,the city. The host is great.the apartment is very specious. Every thing was good
