Location was great - centrally located in old town. The rooms were a bit bare.

Clean room. Central location in old town Naples. The staff were not very helpful....when they were there. If you like a VRBO experience, it might be fine for you. The place was difficult for two taxi drivers to find. The room was clean. The bed and furniture were not very comfortable. Our expectation was the Durmi Suite was more of a B&B or hotel vibe and not a room with zero services; ie, asking for new towels on day two after the room is not made seemed like a huge ask to the staff. The location is great if you want to be in central old town Naples and the price point was average. Upon returning to Naples a week later, we stayed at a luxury hotel at the Port of Naples for less than $200 more per night with a fabulous included breakfast and other amenities.

Location and cost No reception except when you arrive. But you’re on your own from there. Needs three keys, one for street door then inside door 2 flights up and then room. No clean towels for second day.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The food....we were in the heart of historic Napoli. This room is perfect for the person who loves Napoli food. The people in Napoli are friendly because they have awesome food. Even with all this food, Napoli people are thin and healthy. If you want a guilt free foodie experience, rent this room and do a lot of walking. No need to get a taxi. Eat, drink. walk, and be merry.

Location was great, room was large with a comfy bed and strong wifi. Host was very accomodating and kind Shower was very dirty, needed a good clean. There was also no toilet paper and took a few hours to get some to us.

The Room was greta. The location wasnt great, but it has to do more with the city than with anything else.

The unit itself was ok and clean, facilities were ok. We were able to check in a little early as our flight arrived before check in time, and then also able to leave our bags from check out until it was time to get our train. The building was not well signed and run down, not nice walking into and upstairs trying to find the units. There was no safe provided to lock belongings away. So much noise from the traffic and restaurants below

Lucia was amazing. Great restaurant recommendations. Provided a city map with attraction. Very comfortable beds. Great lightning. Access to a balcony. Great location. Next to everything you need. Couple minutes walks from the Napoli Centrale. Not the best insonorisation.
